After multiple visits to the job site, we’ve found that the leak seems to be related to debris such as leaves, mud, and rocks, rather than the work we performed. We want to assure you that we addressed the problem to the best of our ability, including reinstalling the drain and cleaning debris. We understand that the $600 bill for the additional visit may seem unfair, but it was to indicate that this visit was separate from the warranty coverage. However, we want you to know that this bill was ultimately dismissed and not pursued for payment. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to resolving any concerns related to the work we performed.   My husband and I recently had our roof replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The company was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. They completed the project quickly without sacrificing quality. The crew was respectful of our property, took great care while they worked, and did an outstanding job cleaning up when they were finished. They also made the minor wood repairs that were needed underneath the old roof, which gave us confidence that everything was done the right way. We chose a charcoal black roof, and it looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the final result. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and high-quality roofing contractor.

  Professional, prompt, responsible in every respect. These folks have been my go-to for repair and roofing projects for 8 years now and I can't imagine that changing. Fair prices, no unpleasant surprises and as people they are courteous and respectful. They even managed to somehow match the paint in my kitchen (I had to have one wall rebuilt and repainted) perfectly, so I didn't need to repaint the whole room! Kept the whole house, inside and out, clean during and after the project.
