Not a great experience with Fresno Roofing. We called around Christmas time and left a message on their recorder. We had a leak that was coming into our Master Bedroom. Two weeks later someone called me to see if we still needed help. I said yes and she said that someone would be calling me to schedule the service. About 7-10 days later someone called and asked if they could come out that day. We both work, so I told them we need to have a little more notice. When they finally came out, they went up on our roof for about an hour and then came down and told us they fixed it. No estimate or conversation about the cost. Two weeks later we received the invoice in the mail for $727. Very poor communication and response time. Not impressed at all with their service and the final bill we paid not knowing what they did.

Beware of Fresno Roofing! I called Fresno Roofing to get an estimate for repairing two leaks on my roof. The woman who answered the phone told me that I would hear from someone the next day to set up an appointment. Instead, two days later …

One of their employees was trying to sell me 500 tiles for four dollars a tile. But I had to pay cash , thank god I didn’t have 2000 with me I said I will be back , and I did but the employee was not there so I explain the situation, and they said Can not not sell me 500 tiles that they did not have but a few and the wanted 4000 thousand for 500 but they did not have them . The first employee assured me that I can pick up 250 at a time but I had to pay up front. Not saying more I leave it to your imagination

They came and was suppose to give my a quote. Once he left they never called back or follow up. We are a small business and I felt neglected because I am a small business.

Terrible customer service, awful repair job. Try to get General Manager Ed Duarte to call you back without waiting weeks and without calling and emailing to pester the office staff to get him to call. Same goes with him not returning calls/emails to my insurance company for WEEKS. Insurance adjuster had to call me twice to ask why Ed wouldn't return her calls. The work was sloppy and unprofessional, and while Duarte did apologize he also made lame excuses like "well they left debris (nails, tar paper, tile chunks) in your gutters because they couldn't reach without falling off the roof". My gutters are 7.5' off the ground. Of greatest concern were the repair cuts to the tile. They were very crooked and looked terrible from the street view. The second repair crew did it right, thankfully, but it's gut wrenching to think some jackasses may have ruined your roof and depreciated the value of your home. Also, because of Mr. Duarte's minority opinion which is contrary to how EVERYONE else installs tile roofing, my insurance company of course jumped at the chance to quote him as the expert, and they didn't cover my $5,000 repair bill. EVERY roofer installs tile in the manner Duarte said was incorrect, and those jobs are all inspected and repaired. These people are a nightmare I wish I never encountered. Am still considering legal action over his stupid report which is only his opinion. I don't know roofing, but I know these are not the roofers you want. I had friends and relatives (3 other houses ) that had roof leaks due to that Dec. 15 downpour. I made sure they called a different roofer. I wish I had been patient enough to wait for my local guy to do the work. Talk about ethical- at least of these reviews are posted by employees. Makes you wonder how many of the other 5-stars are family or friends. Final observation: Even the owners won't call or respond to repeated emails!

I called Fresno Roofing Co in need of some replacement concrete tiles and spoke with Diane. She was helpful in having one of the employee’s look for the replacement tiles and calling me back when they found them. I appreciated their customer service and would recommend them! Thank you.
