  This company really screwed me over. By not fixing the issue and fixing an area on my roof that wasn’t necessary.

  Did your roof 6 years ago. 5 star rating. The solar people destroyed your roof. That is not our fault. You can go to the Secretary of State you’ll see you are wrong. Grandmark has never file bankruptcy. We understand you have to release your frustration.

  First of all , don't go by the picture that you see on the website , because if that was so if I asked you considering my house and another route , where there's multi , at least say over a dozen spot less than six inches , by six inches , and there's a nail i'm looking at by november 13th or 2025 painting the trimming. And there's a nail sticking on the side of the shingle on the black hill strip, the metal piece there are issues as well employee going through my stuff, even though they had 2 qt and a manager, she's reasonable. I see her did pick up some stuff when she came down. I give her props, but at the end of the day part employee reflects on the company, I mean, would I recommend this company no I wouldn't mind that we could load up our own photos, but they won't let you believe because I tried it, I believe I overpaid overall job if they didn't get the messed up pieces. I believe they would have did a great job but cutting the trimming in an angle where it connects to the 2 / 4 and not connecting right nails, not even into the framing after going in my own time and cut those pieces off because it looks so ugly, but it all depends on you. You want profession maybe because you might be rich, you did paper take a little better job, but after they're done I recommend you looking through it. Being thorough, because there are going to be a lot of nails thinking out and I don't mean through the roof I mean, I mean to the side pieces, not connecting to other pieces, I'll welcome anybody to come to my house if they want to see their work. The recommended things to be replaced and I went with every single one.They asked me to they could recommend sharing things to be replaced.And i'm most likely what do I want with it that i'm looking for well done, job.\nThere is the bag where the gutter got to the succo, but I'm not going to the back cause.I'm busy painting and finding more issues Uber time.I'm not going with this company ever again

  Worst estimate experience. Frank came to give me an estimate. He spend lest then 1 min on my roof and came down. He quoted me at 16k. Be aware of this company. Frank did not take any measurements. I have 4 other company come out and quoted me at 7-9k. Do not waste your time with this company and get rip off.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Carlos is verbally abusive and does stick to his word when it comes to showing up to an appointment. I had made several appointments either I got an emergency can’t show up to see reschedules to catching him saying all these bad mouth talk in Spanish when eventually he showed up at the third reschedule thinking I wouldn’t understand. Most unethical owner and rude with no execution.

  Very unhappy with service for my Dads roof. Leaked at 11 months out of the one year warranty . They came out and did a quick ten minute fix that we could have done ourselves. Which is one thing if they were going to extend the warranty and make sure it could hold up to next years rainy season but they refused to extend it. I had a major roof leak repaired that my insurance company paid a portion of and I paid 6k out of pocket to get repaired . I expected it to last and for them to stand behind their work and I do not feel this was the case.

  We just had our 40 year old roof replaced by Juniors company ❣️. We thank our Lord Jesus for leading us to him and his company He is workers are very polite and hard workers. They die an awesome job with all that had to be done to bring it back to life Junior was so kind and patient with us and he made it such a pleasant experience.
