  Update on 9/16/2025 The owner of this company clearly needs to give me back some of my hard earned money as I found another issue. I was obviously used by the owner as his practice model. Here is another mistake his crew made, in this picture you can see a low spot in the roof, highlighted by the blue circle. Unbelievable to hear his staff member say each time, they will make sure there are no more areas that need correction ? I am the one that keeps finding these bad areas, they are not hidden? Update on 10/30/2024 They replaced the roof back in June of 2023 and here I go again, finding more bad workmanship. I am still finding debris in my yard after all this time, nails and pieces of old and new roofing material. These two new pictures clearly show the problem, especially the flashing for the power as that may be how mice are getting into the attic. I also saw that all the edges around the whole roof are cut unevenly, just unbelievable as I paid a lot of money to be their practice model in how to do a roof the wrong way. They say trust is their success, that went away once I saw several things, debris in my yard everywhere and on the roof, brown painted flashing's and vents instead of white and the job was not complete in at least two spots. Benny said they were sorry, that should not have to be said ever when your professional, which they clearly lack, it seemed like the crew rushed the job as there are tar spots on sections of the roof, on my deck and other messed up spots. They have had to come back two additional times, this last one to correct the shingle section where it overhangs. I could push a wooden dowel under it about four inches in, they had to secure the whole front and back sections. Now I found a low area on the roof near the garage. This weakened area will most likely not hold the weight of snow. I am worried about what will happen when the rain, snow and wind come this winter, considering what else might be wrong. When we first learned of your concerns, we extended your workmanship warranty from 2 years to 5 years at no cost and returned to make repairs promptly. In addition, although items such as replacement of roof decking are considered change-order items outside of the contract, we have gone ahead and corrected these pieces free of charge as a gesture of good faith. Our team returned again to address the most recent item you pointed out, and we have corrected it as well—also at no additional charge. We want you to know this is not something we take lightly; it is important to us that you feel supported and confident in your roof. While we always aim for perfection, we are human, and roofing involves complex layers of installation. What matters to us is that we do not walk away from our customers or their concerns. Instead, we continue to show up, acknowledge the issue, and correct it. Since your project, we have also implemented new procedures and additional quality controls to better catch potential issues before completion. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we hope our continued willingness to respond, repair, and improve shows our commitment to standing behind our work and our customers.   Left nails/screws on the side of the road on Byrd st. When a neighbor roof was installed

  What I appreciated most was how friendly the staff was. I dealt with Eddie and he was super nice and knowledgeable. They found the issue quickly and fixed my AC the same day. Thank God they did, because the next day it was 109 degrees. Highest recommendation to these guys. I also used Zinc years back to install flooring, paint my interior, install lighting, and gutters installation. Jack of all trades here. A gem in Fresno.

  Zinc replaced my A/C unit last year and did a great job. Last night my unit shut down, so this morning I called and they were able to come down same day and fix it. Looks like a fuse had gone out and they were able to replace it and get us going by 10am. I highly recommend them.

  Remove existing roof and installation of new roof. They did a wonderful job. No inconvenience to me and removal of debris was thorough I highly recommend this company for roofing.

  Zinc Roofing replaced the roof on our house. They did a great job and were very responsive to questions that we raised during the job. They did everything possible to make sure the job was done right and that we were satisfied with their work. They did daily cleanup and did everything possible to make the experience easy for us.
