⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Francis Roofing LTD and especially Patrick. From the very beginning, he was professional, courteous, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable while helping us deal with major issues in our new-to-us home caused by ice damming and water damage on our almost flat roof. Patrick took the time to thoroughly explain every option available to us and provided his honest professional opinion on moving forward with a modified membrane roof system. He showed us examples of previous work, was completely upfront about costs and potential issues, and never once made us feel pressured. During the repair process, his team was outstanding. They showed up early, worked late, and went above and beyond during the first week to ensure the roof was protected before a rainstorm-filled weekend. In the second week, the team uncovered serious structural issues, which was obviously stressful news, but Patrick immediately walked us through our options and gave us confidence that everything would be properly taken care of. The professionalism, communication, transparency, and workmanship from Patrick and his team completely exceeded our expectations. I am honestly blown away by the level of care and dedication they showed throughout the entire process. Thank you again to Patrick and the entire team at Francis Roofing LTD. Highly recommend!

Patrick recently replaced shingles, skylights, venting and attic insulation. From his initial visit to inspect the roof, provided an estimate and he delivered exactly what he promised with a lot of care and attention to detail. Patrick is very easy to deal with and so were his crew and all did a great job. I was very impressed how he custom made the flashing for the skylights and the chimney. A very talented individual and team. Highly recommended. Thank you again.

Patrick installed my roof over 5 years ago now and him and the crew have been amazing! Even after all this time, they’re still willing to come back and help with little things on my roof. They always take the time to check things over and come up with fair, reasonable solutions. Super reliable, easy to talk to, and really stand behind their work. Highly recommend!
