  Bad work and workers, not experience enough to do a good job. Could not fix the problem and refused to honour their warranty. I will repair it myself as seems like I know better then synergy what they did wrong and I’m not a roofer. 1 star cause they don’t honour their warranty..

  Cut me off on the road because he didn't wanna use the stop sign like a law abiding citizen, instead I waited for the pedestrian to pass and I started to go, as I got to him he was pulling up to the stop sign, instead of stopping, drove through it causing me to slam on my breaks. I've posted you in tamarack estates to make sure we don't have reckless and dangerous drivers in our area. Get some better drivers or you'll continue to loose customers

  I do not recommend this company for any of your roofing needs. My review is long over due and should have been posted 3 years ago after they completed our roof and we became aware of the problems we were left with. When we originally called the number of a previous roofer who we had do a few repairs for us and were happy with to come and replace the roof, it turned out that he had moved out of province and sold his business number to this company Synergy Roofing. We assumed that if a reputable business owner had sold his number to Synergy that they to would be reputable and trustworthy. We had them come give us an estimate on replacing the entire roof. We had previously been told we needed to replace the plywood under shingles, so when they came we asked them to include price for the plywood. The salesman at the time told us he wouldn’t know if we needed new plywood until they got up on the roof and got the shingles off. So we trusted that he knew what he was talking about. We also had re done our bathroom just before having the roof put on, and asked the salesman to include putting in an exhaust for the bathroom fan and hooking up. I was told "yes no problem." We had also stated that due to previous venting issues we wanted the stacked chimney vents not the flat square vents. Again told "yes no problem" So when they came to replace the roof in July, I was told the plywood was fine under the shingles and we did not need to replace it. Again, after questioning this as it was the original plywood on roof of a 50 year old house, we trusted they knew what they were talking about. They were asked several times throughout the entire process about the plywood being replaced and we continued to get the same answer. I was told they would have to come back to install the venting and hook up the fan in bathroom. Brings us to the following fall, we still had water leaking in our bathroom fan, and brand-new ceiling, and no fan hooked up yet. We also noticed water marks/sta

  Very slow to respond. Needed to follow up several times for a quote which took 4 days, then needed to be scheduled in for the job to be completed - a process which can take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. If rain is in the forecast, you will have to continue dealing with leaky roof until you can be accommodated into their busy schedule. On top of that, they DO NOT offer warranty on their repairs unless they were the company that initially installed the roof/shingles. My house is 7yrs old and they indicated that I may need to replace the roof - just doesn't make sense. I called another company and repairs were completed the same day for 1/2 the cost which included warranty!!!

  We have a venting issue stemming from a roofing job done previously. I was advised in September 2020 that it would be looked after. 4 visits and one "repair" I can now see daylight from the attic around the vents and the insulation has been removed from the top of the vents. They wanted to come out a 5th time to assess the issue. Less than honest dealings, missed time lines, i guess next week is like tomorrow, it never comes! When they did finally show up to repair the issue they left it in worse shape then before. Looking for a reputable roofer that can fix the issue before the snow.

  Absolute disaster!!!! Poor install !!!! they caused damage to our roof!!! we regret using this company!!!! nothing but issues!!!! wish we never called this company!!!

  Came out to quote a new roof on a gazebo and soffit repair. Afterwards they simply wouldn't send the quote, not sure why. I texted the guy who came out and didn't get a response. I called the company 2 times asking about the status and they said they would look into it, and then nothing. Perhaps it was a small job they weren't interested in? Not sure, but it's poor customer service. Can't speak to the quality of their work, this review only covers my experience in trying to obtain a quote.

  Had to get my siding fixed. I called synergy exterior to see if they could help with this and Alexie let me know that they would be able to take care of it. I sent over a couple pictures got a quote and in a couple days Nick and Brian showed up and took care of it for me. They will definitely be my first call if I ever need any other work done on my house.

  I had them come out and replace a roof vent that was connected to my stove's fume hood. It took a couple months and some back-and-forth to get the job done, but it wasn't time-sensitive so no big deal. They accidently installed a laundry dryer vent instead of a stove/bathroom vent (they're exactly the same product except the fine grill on a stove/bathroom vent stops bugs and birds from getting into it, whereas the laundry vent's mesh has big gaps so dryer lint can pass through unobstructed), but all in all I was pleased and would hire them again.

  THIS GENTLE MAN SAW ME STRUGGLING IN FERGUS ONTARIO WITH MY STANDARD TRANSMISSION FORD RANGER TRUCK. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A QUIET STREET UNABLE TO TURN OVER MY ENGINE DUE TO THE KEY AND TRANSMISSION LOCKING ME OUT IN NUETRAL GEAR . HE SAW THAT SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT AND STOPPED TO ENQUIRE. ALMOST ALL PEOPLE WOULDN'T GIVE A DAMN AND SIMPLY DRIVE PAST ME. HE ACTUALLY STOPPED! HE TOOK A CONCERNED INTEREST! I SAID "CAN YOU GIVE ME THE # FOR THE CAA . I DON'T HAVE DATA ON MY PHONE". HE TOOK CONTROL ASKING TO TRY TO GET THINGS WORKING. HE DID EXACTLY THAT. IN SECONDS HE KNEW WHAT TO DO. I KNOW MY TRUCK, IT WAS ON A BIT OF A HILL. I'VE NEVER BEEN LOCKED OUT LIKE THAT. I COULDN'T TURN THE KEY IN THE IGNITION! HE KNEW HOW TO GET THINGS WORKING! I WAS VERY GRATEFUL. I DIDN'T HAVE TO MISS MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THE LEAST I CAN DO IS WRITE ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE TO EXPLAIN THE CHARACTER OF THE MAN BEHIND SYNERGY EXTERIORS.

  I just had Brandon over to take a look at potential issue with our roof. We were 89% sure it wasn’t a problem. He gave his honest professional opinion and put the issue to rest. He didn’t push any products or services, which is nice to hear. Once I do have something for Synergy, I’m definitely giving them a call!

  We were pleased with our recent experience with Synergy. We had worrisome small drips of water coming through the ceiling of our home. Brandon, our service tech arrived at the scheduled time, was extremely courteous, and listened carefully to our description of the problem. He then completed a detailed inspection of the outside and inside of our roof and provided us with his diagnosis, explaining it carefully so that we understood. He patiently answered all of our questions. A very professional experience. We highly recommend Brandon and Synergy.

  Synergy Exteriors were great to do business with! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 It started right from the beginning, as their admin was helpful and patient in all phone/text correspondence. An estimator came out to look at the issue, and within a couple days they were here to fix it. And the guys were quick!! They even were so kind to look at the connecting piece and throw in a couple nails there 🙏🏽❤️ I'm always praying things don't need to be worked on, but at least I know if it's another gutter issue, I've got Synergy on my side!

  This afternoon my husband and I stopped to help a friend who's vehicle got wedged in a snow bank at the end of her driveway. Shortly after we stopped the kindest Synergy Exteriors crew member stopped as well and helped pull the vehicle out. Kind, caring and considerate individual who's character im positive shows through in his business.
