  They took my deposit and didn't order order parts or schedule the job. When I inquired the response was "As I already told you in a previous email we need a 40% deposit". I had in fact paid said deposit already. They have been emailing me the final invoice every day since completion. This is day 3 and I haven't even had a chance to inspect the work. We are talking about a $1000.00 job....are they short of gas money?

  Talked to a woman and she told me they do not deal /fix eves troths despite what they show on their website. The web site makes it sound like they are "professional" roofers - far from it! Find some other honest and reliable roofing option.

You called and asked for a eavestrough repair and we told you that we don’t offer repairs for aluminum as we don’t have aluminum service crews, only explained we only offer full replacement services.   $28,000 for the roof, they had to return multiple times. There’s still a hole in the roof resulting in leaking. Said they’d return and didn’t turn up, elderly parents living in the home. Of course they have their payment now. Avoid

  Had my soffit, facia, gutters and eaves troughs done last year. They did a great job and it looked amazing. Until the winter. After being all paid up and told we have FULL warranty, our eaves troughs came down with the snow and ice. We were told it wasn’t covered and we would have to pay an additional amount of money for them to come fix it. We were straight up lied to by this company and now have to try and do the repairs ourselves after spending thousands initially to have it done. Extremely disappointed.

  Hi Jessica. Sorry you feel you were”lied” too but that’s not the case as we explained to you the situation. You have a steel roof with icicles hanging 5-6 ft off the side of your house with thousands of pounds of ice on top of the eavestrough. Unfortunately the Eavestrough isn’t meant to handle this that much weight, and the real problem is the ice damming your accruing on your steel roof. We already came back once out of good will to replace one section, unfortunately we can’t keep coming back for a problem that isn’t due to our work. AllPro Roofing Inc.

We had explained the scope of work and specifics of the job to you in great detail throughout the process, it wasn't until you were informed there would be a 4-6 week waiting period for your special order material that you cancelled the job.   We recently had AllPro Roofing complete some repair and preventative maintenance work on our roof, including ridge cap replacement, replacement of a number of damaged shingles, and hand sealing older shingles to help extend the remaining service life of the roof. The estimating and scheduling process was handled well, communication was good, and the crew was professional. The quality of the completed work exceeded my expectations. There was one point along the way where I had questions about the hand-sealing method used and wanted some clarification. It took a little back-and-forth, but Jamie Bates, the President of AllPro Roofing, followed up personally, met with me at the office, reviewed the work, and took the time to discuss my concerns. I appreciated that very much. Things do not always go perfectly on any project. What matters to me is how a company responds when a customer has a question or concern. In this case, AllPro followed through and closed the loop professionally. Based on the quality of the work and the way the project was handled from quoting and scheduling through to completion and follow-up, I would be comfortable recommending AllPro Roofing.
