Stay away. Used this company to repair my roof. Nothing but problems. Work not repaired then they hunt you down for payment. Do not even try to get them honor their warranty.

  Reply from the business

Vincent, As discussed at the time of our correspondence, the repairs we did for you were not warrantied. As we stated at that time, we are more than happy to get together with you or a member of your team to come up with a cost efficient solution. Sincerely, Fort-Cica Roofing

They are not only professional but they treat you like family. Outstanding quality. My last experience with them was when Anthony came to my house to work on air coming in the house from under the floor. Before I could even get outside, Anthony was already in the dirt and talking about the solution. He had it fixed in minutes!

Fort Cica is the most professional roofing company I know. Vincent was friendly and professional throughout the process of working with them. He answered any questions I had about their process/roofing in general. When I didn’t understand something, he would show me with pictures what he was doing and explain why it was necessary. I will always choose Fort Cica over any other company for my roofing needs.

Our townhouse needed new skylights. We received three estimates and Fort-Cica’s price came in lower than the others. We further researched the company and liked what we saw: long, established history, excellent reviews, beautiful jobs completed. We signed the contract with Fort-Cica after Anthony came to take precise measurements and to describe how the job would unfold. Anthony was terrific—a consummate professional. In fact, everybody we interacted with was wonderful: courteous, professional, and responsive. The installers arrived on time. Saul and Robbie were super efficient, and they cleaned everything before leaving. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service, pricing, product (Velux Skylight brand), and installation. Highest recommendation goes to Fort-Cica in the NYC area. Also, many thanks to Gloria for her prompt attention to all of our questions and needs.
