The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for AK GATSIOS. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

The crew was always on time and very professional. The supervisor told me on the first day when I kept asking when they will be done, “please don’t rush us, we will take the time we need to get it done right”. They did the job with patience and that made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Alkis was amazing from the start to finish. Our 1952 house looks brand new, the crew came every day on time and had My siding and gutters replaced in 3 days. The work was magnificent, crew was clean and pleasant. If you need any exterior work Alkis is your guy!!

Alkis is a true professional! He was responsive when we had a roof leak. Ultimately, we decided to replace the roof and are happy with the new roof. We've referred him to several family members and friends and all have been totally satisfied!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 327 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 326, of which 282 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
