  Working with Peyton after the hail damage to my home was a great experience. My roof had storm damage, and there were also issues with the gutters, siding, and garage door. Peyton kept me updated through the whole roofing project timeline, explained each step clearly, and reviewed all the completed work at the end while answering every question I had. The roofing crew did a thorough job and made sure all debris was cleaned up from around the house and driveway so nothing was left behind.   I had a great experience working with Peyton. While getting a few roofing estimates, Peyton stayed responsive, kept in touch, and went the extra mile to put together a very fair and competitive quote. Even though my project was a smaller residential roof replacement, I never felt pushed aside or treated like a low priority. Peyton was attentive, flexible, and easy to work with from start to finish. The roofing crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of my home and yard during the whole job.   When we were gathering estimates for a new roof, this roofing company quickly stood out. We had heard a lot of good things, so Bryce came out to inspect the roof and provide a quote. His presentation was excellent, and his attention to detail really impressed us. He brought shingle samples, metal flashing options, and vent choices, and he explained the full roofing process in a clear and simple way. It was easy to see how much pride he takes in his roofing work and how focused he is on customer service. We felt confident hiring them right away. The crew scheduled the job promptly, had all the roofing materials delivered ahead of time, and kept us updated before the work began. On the first morning, Bryce and the roofing crew arrived on time and fully prepared. The project moved along smoothly, stayed on schedule, and the workmanship was solid from start to finish.   After a hard rain, we noticed water stains on the upstairs hallway ceiling and a drip starting near the chimney flashing. Some shingles had lifted from wind, and it looked like the underlayment was exposed, so the leak kept getting worse whenever more rain came through. Fonseca & Sons Roofing responded much faster than i expected. bryce got up on the roof, found cracked shingles, worn pipe boot flashing, and a small area of soft roof decking. They put up a tarp right away to stop more water from getting in, then replaced the damaged deck, added new ice and water shield, installed matching architectural shingles, and sealed the areas around the vent and chimney. They also cleaned out the gutters where shingle granules and debris had built up. i was really stressed before they arrived, but once everything was explained in simple terms, i felt a lot better. The crew worked hard, kept the driveway clean, and did not leave nails behind. The finished roof looks neat and professional instead of looking like a rough patch job. What stood out most was how seriously they treated the roof leak and how careful they were with the repair. After the next rain, everything stayed dry, with no more dripping, no new ceiling stains, and no musty smell. It was a huge relief and the whole roofing repair process felt smooth from start to finish.

  I had a great experience from start to finish with Edwin and his roofing crew.   After comparing a few estimates and thinking it over, we chose Bryce for our roof repair, and it was an excellent decision. The insurance claim did not help, so deciding to move forward was not easy. That room started leaking, and the soffit and fascia around that section were badly rotted. Bryce and the crew had a big roofing job ahead of them, but they handled it very well.   They did a great job on my roof and made the whole process easy from start to finish. peyton took care of the insurance side, which saved me a lot of stress and kept everything moving smoothly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and finished the roofing job faster than i expected without cutting corners. Along with the new roof work, they also handled my gutters, replaced a damaged solar screen, swapped out old roof vents, and repaired the damaged outside area around my chimney. I also asked them to check a few openings where rodents had been getting into my attic, and they sealed those spots up well, which solved a big problem for me. The workmanship looked very solid, and the attention to detail really stood out. Even though I did not notice any problems, peyton still had the roofers go back and correct one small item just to make sure everything was done right.
