  Someone left this knife on my grass and when I was mowing the lawn it actually damaged my blade. I thought the team would check if they left anything on scene. The staff did apologized but apologize won’t fix anything. Can’t imagine what will happen if someone leave long nails instead of big knife on my lawn.

  NOT the FAMILY Alte Roofing company (Alte Exteriors ) - however lied- insisting they were. Even providing names of the owner from the family company I was looking for and fabrications on how long they’ve known/worked together… I’m not one to leave many reviews, but wanted to issue a warning after the interaction that took place at my residence. Do not appreciate the misdirection / and shadiness - beware.

  I'm sorry to hear that your issue is not resolved. The roof was installed factory certified and the job was completed. The damage was the result of an undisclosed major structural issues with the home. As discussed this portion of your home was not built to code and missing entire sections of rafters. As a courtesy, we provided cleanup and provided a carpenter to repair the ceiling that was damaged at our cost. Our understanding is that you have hired that carpenter to do further work to your home which is unaffiliated with Alte Roofing. We also understand that the ceiling was repaired and only a skim coat and primer application remain and we are not involved in any additional work you have with the carpenter. As discussed Alte Roofing does not provide interior carpentry services and refers other companies for that work. We are happy to discuss this further and do our best ensure our customers are satisfied.

  Called to see if I could get an estimate on a new roof since I routinely get their flyers in my mail and the lady asked for my address to look it up on Google maps and then said that they couldn't help me, I asked why?? She just said good luck with your project and hung up on me! Wow! If that isn't totally unprofessional then what is?

  I called this guy to get a quote on getting the wood around my roof wrapped in aluminum..the lady on the phone said they were not interested unless I wanted a complete siding job..that's not a real roofing company..and how unprofessional are these people...

  Responsive, efficient, and professional. I’ve been using Alte for gutter maintenance for the past 10 years. Additionally, they just repaired a roof leak and they were able to diagnose and fix in a very timely manner.

  Very pleased with my new roof installation by Alte Roofing & Siding. The hard working crew were friendly and professional and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. This is a very efficiently run company; therefore, the entire process progressed smoothly. I highly recommend them.

  I always try to use a company where I get the referral from a friend or family member. Alte Roofing was highly recommended by my wife’s cousin who used them for his roof. Without hesitation he said Alte Roofing. I put a call into to them, told them my cousin recommended them. They sent their salesman Dylan George out to see me. Professional, well dressed, not pushy at all. All the quoting was based on satellite images of the house, labor materials, everything. They were here yesterday and completed the roof in one day. I watched the process all day. Their crew was like a well oiled machine. It was amazing to watch their choreography. Super super happy with the end result. They even gave me a discount because of the family referral. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and 50 year warranty. You get what you pay for. They’re worth the money.

  Alte Roofing and Siding replaced our roof and gutters and did a great job with the installations.  Equally important, they thoroughly  cleaned up the job site when finished. We chose Alte because they did they same great job for us more than 30 years ago.  It's very encouraging to see a family business maintain their work ethic over generations. Highly recommended.

  Alte Roofing did our gutter cleaning, and we were very impressed by the work they did!! They were efficient and made the whole process easy. They were also extremely easy to work with, and very reliable. Kathy in the office was also easy to reach via phone and email. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

  I moved into a new home (1st time homeowner) and one month later I had internal leaks caused by ice dams (January 2026). Alte, who installed my roof, windows and siding prior to me buying the home was so fast to come out and identify and rectify the issues literally within a day (confirming it was Mother Nature that did the damage). Domenica and Doug were beyond helpful and even though this was a small project for them they were beyond on top of this for me and treated this with the urgency I needed. Extremely grateful for the Alte team and the work they did to inspect/repair the damage. I cannot recommend Alte enough and appreciate everything they did to help me. Shout out to Domenica again, she was amazing (sorry you were also my therapist for a while there Domenica!)
