Florentino Brothers Roof Repair installed durable siding, painted the exterior, and added upgraded, attractive gutters, all with careful workmanship and strong attention to detail. They also handled small roof-related repairs whenever needed or whenever I asked, and the cleanup afterward was always complete and professional. I compared several estimates before choosing them. The pricing was competitive, but the biggest reason I moved forward was the project manager, Robert. He was friendly, honest, and very clear about the scope of work, materials, and job conditions from the start. I also liked how the estimate was prepared using modern tools and detailed overhead images of the house, which made the roofing and exterior work easy to understand. During the project, Robert was patient, helpful, and quick to answer questions. He regularly checked in, offered useful suggestions, and made sure the work stayed on track. The crew was excellent as well, and Matthew stood out as a strong lead on site. From the gutter installation to the siding updates and minor exterior repairs, everything was completed neatly and with care. I am very happy with the finished result and how smoothly the whole project was handled.

I have a lot of respect for Florentino Brothers Roof Repair. They did more than expected during my new roof installation and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a roofing contractor. The crew was honest, hardworking, and took time to explain the roofing work, materials, and what was needed to make sure the job was done right. Geoffrey was especially helpful and even fixed a small leak under my sink without charging for the extra time. They paid close attention to detail, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was sealed and finished properly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

After an earlier roof repair, we later had the full roof replaced, with Robert leading the roofing crew. A roof replacement can be stressful, but the whole project went smoothly from start to finish. Some time later, while checking the attic, we noticed a small section of roof decking where a knot in the plywood had come loose during the roofing work, and there was some discoloration that may have been an older stain. We sent photos of the sheathing and the small opening where the underlayment could be seen, and the company responded quickly. Matthew came out to inspect the issue, confirmed it should be fixed, and arranged for the needed roofing materials right away. He started by removing the shingles around the affected area, replaced the damaged section of plywood decking, and completed the repair efficiently. The work was done with care, and the area was left clean when the job was finished. We were very happy with how fast they handled the follow-up and with the professional quality of the repair. From the beginning, the roofing team was thorough and easy to work with. When we first reached out about some shingle repair, the crew carefully checked the roof and made sure the replacement shingles matched the older roof as closely as possible. They also added flashing near the front porch roof, inspected for any other roofing concerns, checked the vent pipe boots, refreshed the sealant where needed, and removed an old satellite dish while properly repairing the area underneath it. Robert, Matthew, and Nolan made sure every part of the roofing job was handled the right way. Their attention to detail, clean workmanship, and willingness to address both the main repair and smaller roofing items really stood out. We appreciated their professionalism, quick response, and the confidence they gave us that the roof was in good shape.

We recently had our old asphalt shingle roof replaced with a 24-gauge metal roof, plus a new shingle roof on the shed and new gutter covers. we could not be more pleased with the results on both the house and shed, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly from start to finish. john was very thorough during the first roof inspection and explained the metal roofing option, materials, ventilation, and contract details in a clear and simple way. The office team was professional, timely, and helpful with scheduling, delivery updates, and keeping us informed about the roofing crew timeline. geoffrey, the project manager, was available whenever we had questions and stopped by the job site several times to check progress and support the installation team. matthew, the crew leader, did a careful job, and the whole crew was hardworking, respectful, and skilled. They kept the work area organized, paid attention to flashing, underlayment, and clean installation details, and made sure everything was completed the right way. overall, this was a very positive experience, and i would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a roof replacement, metal roofing, shingle work, or gutter protection.

Florentino Brothers Roof Repair truly sets the bar high when it comes to roofing services. As someone who works closely with roof repairs and replacements during real estate transactions, I have seen many companies, but none compare to them. They are always dependable, efficient, and their pricing is very fair. I was especially impressed by how quickly they responded to every question and how Geoffrey was directly involved in helping navigate the insurance process, making sure I received the best outcome possible. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers—this commitment is obvious in every step of the job, from the first call to the final inspection. I trust them completely for my own roofing needs and confidently recommend them to all of my clients. This is the only roofing team I’ll be working with going forward.

After a big hail storm hit our neighborhood, our home and many others had serious roof damage. It was a tough situation, but we noticed that lots of homes nearby were using the same roofing company, so we decided to give them a call. We were really happy with how Braden handled everything. He came out quickly, took the time to walk around our property with us, and found damage that our insurance adjuster missed, which made a big difference for us. Braden and his crew replaced our roof, fixed the gutters, and also took care of some siding that was damaged, even the part that had been worn out before the storm. They also repainted our deck, and now it looks fantastic! Braden worked directly with our insurance company, which took away a lot of stress for us. Even some special outdoor chairs we had were fixed up better than before. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and how smooth they made the whole process. We would absolutely recommend Braden and his team to anyone needing roofing services.

We had a fantastic experience with Florentino Brothers Roof Repair. Matthew came out to provide an estimate for our new roof shingles and stayed involved throughout the entire project. He took the time to really understand our needs and made sure everything was handled with care. The estimate matched our expectations, and our roof looks great and passed inspection right away. The crew worked hard, finishing the job quickly in just three days, and made sure the whole area was spotless before they left. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new roof. We highly recommend this company for any roofing work you need.
