florentino brothers roof repair fixed the flashing, roofline trim, and siding around our sunroom and garage in millburn. miguel was very helpful during the estimate visit and clearly walked us through the roofing options, likely problem areas, and the best way to handle the repairs. the pricing was fair and in line with other quotes we received. after we approved the work, the team kept us updated on the timeline and scheduling. during the repair process, roger stayed in touch, explained each step, and answered all of our questions about the flashing, siding, and overall exterior work. the crew worked carefully, kept the area neat at the end of each day, and made sure the finished repairs looked solid and professional. we were very happy with the whole experience and would gladly use them again for future roofing or exterior repairs.

From the first call to the final shingle being installed, the whole roofing process was handled with clear communication and a very organized approach. When we requested an estimate, the representative showed up right on time and explained the roofing options, materials, price, and warranty in simple terms. On installation day, the crew worked hard, stayed organized, and kept the job moving smoothly. They paid close attention to detail, completed the roof ahead of schedule, and did a thorough cleanup when the work was done. We chose this roofer because of the quality shingles, fair pricing, strong warranty coverage, and solid workmanship. We are very pleased with our new roof and the overall experience.

Florentino Brothers Roof Repair put a new roof on my house several years ago, and after a strong storm some shingles came loose. I reached out about the roof warranty, and even though the damage was outside the coverage, they still arranged for Roger to stop by and reinstall the missing shingles since I had extra materials left from the original roofing job. They helped fast, which was important for my insurance renewal, and the repair was handled with real care and skill. What stood out most was how they went beyond normal warranty terms and fixed the shingle issue at no charge. The crew was prompt, professional, and easy to work with, and they made the whole roofing repair process smooth and stress free. It is one thing to get solid roof work when you pay for it, but it says a lot when a roofing company stands behind its work even after the warranty does not apply. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable roofing service, fair pricing, and a team that takes responsibility for the work. They earned my trust and my future business.

My husband and i have had a few roof replacements over the years, and this was by far the best experience. A roofing project usually feels stressful, but they made the whole process easy and smooth for us. From the helpful advice from the rep while we picked the shingle style and color, to Theodore and Leonard in the office, who kept us informed at every step, everything was handled with care. The roofing crew was professional, worked efficiently, and showed real skill with the installation. They also did an excellent cleanup around the property when the job was finished. The whole project felt organized, clear, and well managed, and the new roof looks great. if i could give them 10 stars, i would. it was a very good experience from start to finish, and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Roger and the roofing crew did a great job for us and really went the extra mile to keep the whole roofing process smooth and stress free. We appreciated how professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable Roger was from start to finish. He stayed on top of every detail, from the inspection and estimate to the roof replacement and final cleanup, and his follow-through was excellent on every part of the job. The experience was so strong that we hired the team for two back-to-back roof replacements. I do not leave many reviews, but this roofing company truly earned this recommendation. If we ever need another roof repair, roof replacement, or any other roofing service in Millburn, Roger and the crew will be our first call.

Florentino Brothers Roof Repair was very professional from start to finish. They arrived on time and got up on the roof for a full inspection, which i really appreciated because many roofing companies only rely on software instead of actually checking the shingles, flashing, and problem spots in person. A computer program can miss trouble areas, but a hands-on roof inspection gives a much better picture of what needs repair or replacement. I received a written quote, and they quickly provided the insurance information i asked for. They are licensed and bonded and were happy to send over the needed paperwork without delay. leonard was terrific and shared clear photos of the damaged areas, which helped me understand the condition of the roof before the work started. I selected architectural shingles, and they removed two layers of old roofing materials before installing the new system. The crew worked hard and finished the whole roofing job in one long day. The cleanup was solid, the work looked neat, and the new roof came out great. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement. They also sent after photos when the job was done, which was a very professional touch and made me feel confident about the completed work.

i reached out after seeing the strong reviews, and i was really impressed by how much experience they have with roofing projects like mine. they already understood the right shingle style, color options, ventilation needs, and the local roofing codes, which gave me a lot of confidence from the start. it made the whole process feel easy and well planned. they offered a solid roof warranty and did not ask for any money up front, which gave me even more peace of mind. i work in construction, so i pay close attention to the quality of materials, workmanship, and how a roofing contractor handles the job. i even shared the estimate with a roofer friend, and he said the materials listed were top quality and the same kind used by experienced roofing pros. that feedback helped confirm i was making the right choice. i did not feel the need to shop around for more quotes because i was not just looking for the lowest price. i wanted a dependable roofing contractor who knew the work, used strong materials, and could make the replacement process smooth and stress free. that is exactly what i got, and i would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Wow, we are very impressed with Florentino Brothers Roof Repair. We needed a full roof replacement after storm damage, along with new gutters, downspouts, and trim, and the whole project turned out great. Jorge explained the roofing process clearly from start to finish, answered our questions, and made sure every detail was handled the right way. The crew went above and beyond throughout the job. They even replaced a rotted board with a composite board at no extra cost, even though it was not part of the storm repair. The workmanship was excellent, the roofing materials and exterior products were a big upgrade from what we had before, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It also gave our home much better curb appeal and stronger protection from the weather. The work area was kept very clean, and the team showed real care, skill, and attention to detail from beginning to end. It is hard to find a roofing company that works this hard and takes this much pride in the finished result. We are truly grateful for the great service and high-quality work.
