Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 6 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Flat Tops Rubber Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Mike and his team were excellent from the beginning. I sent an inquiry through their very professional website and I had a response from Mike within 24h, had a quote within 3 business days, despite a rain delay, and they were on site the following morning completing the work. Mike and his team were conscious of not disrupting business or clients, placement of equipment, etc., and communicated with me throughout the entire process regarding any changes or discoveries. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, his team, and the service that they provided.

Mike did a great job, he was professional in every aspect. The job was done perfectly and if there has ever been an issue he was there ready to help. Would recommend to anyone.

Mike and his team did excellent work on my roof. After completion there was no debris left anywhere. You would not know anyone was working there other than the new rubber roof. I highly recommend this company.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Flat Tops Rubber Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
