I had another roofer handle some chimney and roof vent work, and the results were poor and led to problems with the system. After that, Finest South San Francisco Roof Repair came out, checked everything carefully, found the issues with the chimney brickwork, liner, and nearby flashing, and fixed it the right way. Bryce and the crew were professional, easy to work with, and finished the repair fast even though they had to correct bad workmanship from a previous contractor. They explained the repair process clearly, used solid roofing materials, and made sure the chimney area was sealed and working properly again. I highly recommend them for chimney repair, flashing repair, and related roofing work. It really showed the value of choosing an experienced roofing contractor that stands behind the quality of the job.

A family member suggested Finest South San Francisco Roof Repair when I needed a full roof replacement, and I’m glad I called. Bryce came out on time, gave me a clear estimate, and explained the roofing process in simple terms, including what materials were needed and how the work would be completed. The whole job turned out very well, and the new roof looks strong, clean, and professionally installed. After seeing the finished roof, a few neighbors asked me about the work and ended up using them for their own roofing projects. Some co-workers also needed gutter repair and siding work, and they were very pleased with the results on their homes. It’s easy to recommend a roofing crew that is professional, reliable, and does solid work from start to finish.

bryce came out to inspect and estimate a roof repair around our chimney after a small leak led to minor interior damage in our home in South San Francisco. he was very professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew roofing, flashing, and chimney seal work well. he answered all our questions, explained the repair process in simple terms, and provided a quote that came in hundreds less than the other estimates we received. the roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. they handled the repair carefully, sealed the problem area well, and made sure everything was cleaned up so thoroughly it looked like they had never been there. they even cleared a clogged downspout, which was a nice extra help. i have already recommended them to a friend, and i would gladly call them again for any future roofing work.

Excellent roofing service from start to finish. The crew showed up, got right to work, and stayed focused on the job instead of wasting time. They made sure we were happy with the roof work and completed the shingle installation with solid workmanship and care. At the beginning, there was a small mix-up when the wrong shingle color was delivered because the manufacturer had stopped offering the color we originally chose and did not clearly share that update. The issue was handled quickly, the incorrect materials were taken back right away, and the correct shingles were delivered and installed the same day with no delay to the scheduled roofing work. We were very satisfied with how everything was handled. The team followed the agreed scope of work and stayed in line with the estimate and invoice details. It was also great to have the foreman and contractor review the finished workmanship and make sure the roof installation met expectations. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, communication, and final results.

I needed a chimney cap replaced fast, so I called company: Finest South San Francisco Roof Repair. We had used them before for a roof replacement, and they were quick to help again. They arranged a same-day visit to inspect the chimney cap and see what was needed. The crew worked hard to find the right replacement and hoped to repair it that same day, but the size and shape were not standard, so a custom chimney cap had to be made. Even with that, it was ready very quickly. While waiting, they securely covered the opening to keep out water, debris, and pests, and they even came back to check that the temporary cover was tight before a period of heavy rain. Bryce stayed in touch with us the whole time and explained each step clearly. The team was prompt, friendly, professional, and focused on quality workmanship. They really went the extra mile to make sure our roof and chimney area were protected and that the job was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing and chimney repair service.

We hired Finest South San Francisco Roof Repair to replace our old roof, and after the strong winds in South San Francisco caused a few shingles to come loose, their response was impressive. I called on Monday morning to explain the roofing issue, and by early Tuesday their crew was already at my home taking care of the shingle repair. I was expecting delays or excuses, but instead they handled the roof repair quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. The roof was fully repaired at no extra cost, and they clearly stood behind their warranty and workmanship. It was a smooth experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them for roof repair, shingle replacement, and dependable roofing service.

Finest South San Francisco Roof Repair took great care of us after a strong storm caused roof damage across our neighborhood in South San Francisco. Peyton clearly explained the whole roofing process, from the insurance claim and full roof inspection to meeting the adjuster on-site and staying in touch while the project was underway. Edwin and the roofing crew were excellent, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed our large 5200 sq ft roof in just 2 days. They also handled the gutters, flashing, and cleanup with real attention to detail. The finished roof looks amazing and gave our home a fresh updated appearance while adding strong long-lasting protection against heavy rain, wind, and normal California weather. We really appreciated the great workmanship, clear communication, and excellent customer service throughout the entire roofing job.

They really came through for me with a roof leak around a skylight. I was not sure who to call, so I asked nearby homeowners for a trusted roofer, and several people pointed me in their direction. Peyton quickly scheduled a crew and had them out the very next morning before more rain moved in. The team found the source of the leak, handled the repair right away, and made sure the flashing and surrounding roofing area were sealed properly. What stood out most was the follow-up. A while later, Peyton checked in on the property, noticed a small issue starting, and contacted me right away so a roofing crew could return the next day and take care of it before it became a bigger problem. That kind of proactive service, clear communication, and strong warranty support means a lot. We truly appreciate the fast response, the attention to detail, and the peace of mind. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing or skylight leak repair.
