I hired this technician to replace a burst front yard downspout pipe. The resulting installation is entirely defective, and the technician has refused to take responsibility or provide a professional solution. He cut the new straight pipe too short, forcing the assembly to sit much higher than the original setup. This created a steep, high drop that aggressively accelerates water flow. Worse, he crammed the pipe flush against the right-hand edge/end cap of the gutter. Now, even in regular rain, water shoots down, slams into the gutter wall, and "reflects" backward. It is creating a massive waterfall that overshoots the channel, flooding my garage roof and actively damaging my yard stones and foundation. We had heavy rain for years with the old installation and never had a single drop spill over. When presented with clear photographic evidence of this immediate failure, the technician demonstrated a total lack of accountability and professional capability. He explicitly stated that he has no suggestions or technical solutions to resolve the issue, and admitted he does not know if his minor adjustments would make the problem better or worse. Most absurdly, rather than honoring his work, he suggested I hire someone else, or alternatively pay him an additional $200.00 to come back out—despite admitting he does not know how to fix it. He literally told me he "doesn't have any suggestions or solutions" and admitted he "doesn't know if his ideas will make it worse or better." His only clueless suggestions were to blindly shove the pipe deeper into the gutter or install two bizarre parallel pipes because he does not understand basic water drainage. During the installation, I explicitly questioned the layout, warning the technician that pushing the pipe flush against the right-hand edge of the gutter would cause water to spill over into the roof and cause waterfall. He dismissed my concerns, guaranteeing it would have zero issues in the rain. The technician does not deliver

One of the best roof companies I have ever used! Extop roofing did roof replacement for two of my houses this year and did lots of shingles repairs for the past couple years. Jason also helped to find out a root cause of window leaking issues. Very good service, and very reasonable prices.

Very good experience with Jason and his team working on my garage roof. He offered very professional, reliability and flexibility in service, compatitive pricing, and a good communicator who will listen and fullfill requirements. He will complete the work in a professional manner and not just rushing to finish the work. I will surely recommend Jason to family and friends.
