After heavy rain, we came into the office and found water in the entry area dripping from a ceiling tile. We called Everglades Roofers, and Brandon and Tanner arrived very quickly to inspect the roof. They found the main roof leak along with a few other trouble spots that needed attention before they could turn into bigger roofing problems. They were professional, courteous, and easy to talk with. They clearly explained what was causing the leak, showed us the affected roofing areas, and completed the needed roof patch repairs the same visit. They also shared before and after photos, which gave us confidence that the leak repair was done right. We really appreciated their fast response, honest explanation, and quality workmanship, and we would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs.

i replaced my old cedar shingles with GAF Grand Sequoia asphalt shingles, and the new roof looks amazing. i have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful it turned out and how much it improved the whole house. Working with Brandon and Tanner at company: Everglades Roofers was easy, professional, and honestly a great experience from start to finish. I gathered several roof quotes before choosing them, and i felt confident because they clearly knew roofing materials, installation standards, and the full replacement process. They explained the warranty coverage in simple terms, including the workmanship side and the manufacturer protection, which gave me extra peace of mind. I had a lot of questions during the estimate process, and brandon took the time to answer every one of them. He even made extra trips to bring documents, shingle samples, and more details so i could make the right choice without feeling rushed. That level of customer care really stood out. During the roof replacement, the crew was skilled, hardworking, and respectful. They arrived early, stayed focused throughout the day, and kept the job site neat and organized. They protected the property, cleaned up carefully, and made the whole roofing project feel smooth and stress free. The finished roof has strong curb appeal, looks high quality, and is exactly what i was hoping for. I could not be happier with the entire experience.

Working with this roofing team was a great experience. They replaced our old cedar roof on a historic brick home in Miami with beautiful new shingles that have the look of slate but use a much lighter composite roofing material. The whole …

The team at this roofing company in Miami, led by Project Manager David, was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They use modern technology, like drones, to take clear photos of the roof and explain what work needs to be done. The crew not only installed a new roof, but they also took care of replacing the attic fan, pipe flange, and chimney flashing. After finishing the work, they shared a great set of before-and-after drone pictures with me. The company stands behind their work with a strong material warranty for life and a 25-year workmanship warranty. The roofers made sure to cover the area from the roof to the ground with tarps, so when they finished, everything was clean with no nails or debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company for anyone in Miami looking for reliable and professional service.

brandon and his crew did a great job both times i used everglades roofers for my home. a while back, i had gutters with leaf guards installed on the front of my house because rainwater was causing problems near the foundation. after that, the water issues stopped completely. later, i noticed the same thing happening in the back, so i reached out again. brandon explained they were really busy but promised to fit me in as soon as possible, which i appreciated because a lot of roofing companies are busy these days. i just asked him to come by when he could to do the measurements and let me know about the timing. the team handled everything and fixed the issue. i highly recommend this company for roofing and gutter work.

Grant, the manager, just left my home after helping me with my roof. The team originally installed my beautiful concrete tile roof, and recently I noticed a small leak. Grant came over personally with two skilled roofers, and they all worked together for about an hour to find exactly where the leak was coming from. Once they found the issue, they fixed it quickly and did a great job. Even though my roof was a little bit out of warranty, Grant still made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. He stood by their work and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It’s rare to find roofing companies these days that care this much about their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication.
