  They were supposed to replace 40 roof tiles and they left at least 30 new broken tiles. Absolutely horrific service. We actually realized it because we flew a drone we got right after.

  Ms Kouriati We are confused that you would write this review as we completed this repair work for you almost ONE year ago. Our repair was guaranteed for 6 months, so if you flew a drone over your roof immediately following the repair, why would you not call us? When we completed the work in March 2021 you wrote to us that you were very happy with the work and thanked us for re-installing screens over your drains without charge. We provided you with extensive before and after pictures of all the tiles replaced. You will recall that you asked for these so that you could send them to your insurance company. We can easily provide these again as we keep all correspondence and pictures for each client. We cannot comment on why you would have broken tiles a year later as we do not know what tradesmen have been on your roof. However we stand by our work and are certain that any subsequent "damage" occurred well after we finished the work.

  In Sept. 2015 Isaacs Roofing completely replaced a roof on a home owned by the church at a cost of more than $32,000. A 10 year warranty was included in the price paid. In September 2019, the roof began to leak over the garage. The company sent an employee out to inspect the leak. They then emailed us a quote for $3,200 to repair the leak even though it was under warranty. I called several times before I was told that because there was a hurricane in our county in 2017, they will not honor the warranty. I reviewed the language in the warranty and it does state that the warranty would be void if a hurricane damaged the roof. This leak happened long after the any hurricane in the area. I called and emailed the office but my calls and emails were ignored. I sent a certified letter to Mr. Del Sol however, he hasn't responded. Poor customer service and poor workmanship. Buyer beware! Update: since reading my negative review, the company responded! Not directly to me, but in response to the negative review. For the record, I am sending him copies of all correspondence - including the warranty - along with a copy of the USPS Tracking of the certified letter. Let's see what happens?

  Good Afternoon, It brings us great shock and disappointment that you are leaving such a negative review. As our Project Manager previously explained to you at the site visit, we do not have a contract with you , therefore we do not have a warranty with you. This should not come as a surprise to you as we have records of a paid repair done on July 26, 2017, because you are not under warranty with us and not our previous client. Furthermore, our office has not received a "certified letter" or ignored you as you said above. I do not understand why you would say that as we have serviced you with an on site visit and have given a fair proposal for the repairs needed at the property. Isaac's Roofing is a reputable company and has been servicing our community and all of South Florida for over 30 years, providing outstanding customer service and workmanship. We are more than happy to complete the job upon acceptance of proposal given to you on October 31, 2019.

  Overall, a bad experience. New tile roof installed in Coral Gables. We started getting leaks shortly after the project was completed. Every couple of weeks we had a new leak or two and they came and repaired it. Nonetheless, we were told that all interior water damage, including the ceilings and walls were our responsibility. The project manager was very accountable and apologized for the problems, but the owner I spoke with was not accountable and blamed it on the roof still settling on a 90 year old house. Never once accepting accountability for below average work. Follow up: Mr. Del Sol, I am genuinely disappointed to hear that you were not aware of the issues. I spoke with Alain Gonzalez, one of the owners (he is also listed in the Florida DBPR website as the primary contact). Jovanny had exceptional follow up and helped fix the multiple roof leaks and I do not need any service at this time. Please confer with your team, as I am sure there's a very limited number of 90 year old houses in Coral Gables that recently had a tile roof installed by Isaacs. Regards, JT

  UPDATE! RESPONSE TO OWNERS's Comment Below: 7/13/18 1. Jorge. Maldonado DID NOT meet with my husband & I on “April 6th and April 11th”. Contract date is April 4th. Claudia called several days later asking my permission for her to “write-in the date on the check as it was missing. I agreed. Jorge DID NOT return until June 28th. Also, Jorge was emphatic that the wait time would be four to six weeks barring any weather issues. I did not contact your office for seven weeks. 2. You left your supplies on my roof for five weeks uncovered & exposed to the extreme elements, yet you made sure to cover them with protective bags while removing them from roof due to the rain. 3. I did not make “some very derogatory telephone calls” to your office. In fact, I admittedly used a one-word expletive once while expressing my disgust of being “continually *expletive over*”. Claudia justifiably hung up. I called her back IMMEDIATELY & apologized. Claudia said she fully understood & stated she sympathized with my upset. 4. I DID NOT intend to “intimidate” anyone by using the title Councilwoman: which should be obvious since it was only used once in ONE letter & NEVER used in a review. I am proud of my position as an elective official and take my responsibility to this county and its residents VERY serious. However, as you very well know, my position as a “councilwoman” has no authority whatsoever over Roofing Contractors. 5. Please review my letters more carefully. I NEVER “demanded the cancellation of [our] contract”. I never DEMANDED anything. I REQUESTED stating, “Please remove your supplies from our roof” & “Please return our deposit”. Isaacs Roofing chose to cancel said contract. 6. You have insulted my character by stating your “staff was subjected to [my] lack of civility”. I spoke to your representatives Claudia 3x’s and Hana once over a 12-week period – all four calls BTW, I made. Our calls were not uncivilized. In fact, the same stern & direct voice used

  Dear Councilwoman Williams, Mr Jorge Maldonado met with you and your husband on April 6th to review the roofing contract and again on April 11th to collect the deposit. At both meetings it was clearly explained that once the permit was obtained, there would be at least a 6 to 8 week waiting period before starting the reroof due to the heavy backlog of jobs following Hurricane Irma. However as was explained this waiting period did not include any delays due to inclement weather. The permit was issued on May 1st and the materials were ordered May 2nd. Then followed weeks and weeks of rain with May being the wettest month in Miami since 1895. On May 25th ABC Supply, the largest roofing supply company in the nation was able to load the roofing materials correctly on your roof. In fact, roofing materials are designed to be able to withstand exposure to the outdoor elements without deteriorating or compromising their functionality; there is no requirement to cover them. What followed then was some very derogatory telephone calls and complaints by you to our office including the receipt of a formal letter as Councilwoman Williams, Miami Dade County District 15. The contents of the letter were concerning your personal property, but you were very obviously using your position with the County in an intimidating way in which you demanded the cancellation of our contract and the return of your deposit. Because of the lack of civility that our staff were subjected to we agreed to cancel our contract with you and promptly returned your deposit, 4 weeks after the materials were loaded. Although not legally bound to, we returned your deposit on June 25th less $150.00 for permit expediting fees and $274.93 for the permit itself. This does not include the removal of the materials from your roof, restocking fees from the supplier or overhead charges for time wasted. This refund was made in good faith and efforts to avoid further conflict, however you still want to tarnish ou

  The Isaac's team installed my concrete tile roof years ago after hurricane damage. They were able to move quickly then as they sold me a cancelled order. I appreciated their speed & resourcefulness. I recently noticed some slight water damage in my side bedroom, damage to the soffit & the start of a ceiling crack. The Isaac's team responded quickly & provided a quote with detailed photographs. There were multiple cracked tiles - something likely fell on the roof during bad weather. As it is rainy season, they also responded with a tarp to protect the duplex & the ceiling. They did the roof / soffit repair on time & professionally. Their price was very fair. They even returned to do something extra that I noticed. Their whole team was responsive & experienced - from the office / billing team, to the leaders, to the crew. It is easy for me to recommend them. Give them a ring!

  Hello everyone! Well if you are reading this it means you are researching and possibly looking for a reliable roofing contractor right? Well have no fear Nelson is here to give it to you straight, no fluff just the facts. So I found myself exactly where you are not so long ago, and as most of us know finding reliable contractors in South Florida is like rolling the dice. I did quite a bit of homework and ultimately decided on working with ISAACS roofing. You may be saying, why? Good question.... Well, during my research I found that the majority of people who have used them had a great experience. They have also been working in the South Florida area for many years and have done quite a bit of work in my area which helps as they are familiar with the ins and outs of the local building departments. Additionally, when they came out to the house they were on time, prepared and gave me a number of options to redo my flat roof, one of which was not offered by a number of other roofers, which would be a mechanically attached TPO roof, which is ultimately what I chose for my flat roof replacement. While getting the agreement dialed in, communication was excellent and after a few weeks we signed a contract, gave a deposit and we were off to the races. Permitting process was painless and easy as well. Things were a little slow due to the holidays but I was in no rush. Once the permit was issued, scheduling started and that is where they really showed their willingness to work with their customers. I had a few other contractors that needed to get some work done at the same time the roof was being replaced and Stan Saruski the project manager for the roofer handled it with extreme professionalism. I obviously played a big role in planning out the job with Stan but together we decided on a date, got everything lined up and dialed in.   Isaac’s Roofing provided professional service from start to finish. Stan is a great Project Manager! All of the materials were delivered on a timely basis and the crews worked together as a team from start to finish. The areas around the house were cleaned up each day. All inspections were approved. Final papers were delivered to us. We would definitely recommend this company!
