  I originally left a very positive review because Duke came in after I had a terrible experience with another contractor and seemed to save the day. They reroofed my house quickly, and at the time, I thought the work had been done correctly. Unfortunately, a few years later, my experience has changed significantly. During the work, they damaged a decorative portion of the roof inside my home and initially tried to make it seem like I was responsible for the issue and should pay for the repair. They eventually corrected the damage at their own expense, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. More importantly, the roof began leaking. At first, I believed the water was coming from somewhere else, possibly the AC lines, but it was eventually determined that the roof was the source. Duke came out and agreed to repair it at no charge because the roof was still under warranty. They attempted the repair, but unfortunately, the leak was not fixed. Since then, I've called repeatedly trying to get someone to come back out and properly address the problem, and my calls have largely gone unanswered. I don't like changing a positive review into a negative one, but this isn't how a warranty or a customer relationship should be handled. I originally believed they had done a great job, but based on the problems with the roof and the lack of response when I've tried to get them corrected, I can no longer recommend them.

  If I could leave a zero star I would! He never returns our calls. We have several spots in our room, months after getting a replacement and no one ever came back to fix it. Im forced to find someone else to fix his work.

  I recently hired DUKE CONTRACTORS LLC to replace my roof, and I am very satisfied with their service and the quality of their work. Mr. Daniel provided excellent and professional support throughout the entire process, from tile selection and contract signing to arranging county inspections and providing the warranty and close-out documents. The DUKE CONTRACTORS team completed the roof replacement project within 10 days and did a high-quality job. They were also responsive and responsible in taking care of a few minor damages that occurred during the demolition of the old tile roof. Overall, I am very pleased with DUKE CONTRACTORS LLC’s professionalism, efficiency, communication, and workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.
