Evansen builders did our roof and gutters and I was very impressed with everything from start to finish! Their project manager, Earl, was so professional and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

New roof is gorgeous. Love the light brown option it really sticks out on a cape cod in Wauwatosa. Crew was kind to family and professional, hard working. New windows are great, they fixed all my rot and old trim! They also do an excellent cleanup job. When they did the roof they used magnet rollers to make sure no nails were on our driveway or yard. Unlike other quotes, Evansen was quick to respond and did not try to upsell a bunch of junk. Instead they really pride themselves on the materials they used, helping to provide brochures and materials on the product. New roof has survived several big storms, also helped regulate our upstairs temps. They helped put several layers on our roof to prevent future leaks with high quality materials we no longer worry. Also their price point was best out of several local companies , while not skimping on quality! I also liked that Earl was responsive on text, helped give status updates, helped with measurements and knew his prices. A lot of door to door sales people visit our neighborhood to sell roofs and windows, but they can never tell me about the materials or costs. Evansen is does a great honest job and are proud of their work.

Doug was very personable and thorough in providing the options and styles. We found the pricing to be competitive. The team was able to complete the work within and ahead of our expectations. The crew working on our house showed up and left at reasonable hours. They were friendly around my young children, who liked to speak with them while they were on the roof. The crew also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Doug also provided many financing options to find what worked best for our family. I would highly recommend Evansen Builders! We had our gutters, fascia and roof done.

They were able to replace my roof on very short notice 1 day before the weather became too cold. Totally impressed with Doug(the owner) when I talked to him on the phone on a busy Saturday morning for him. His project manager(Earl) called me 2 days later. Signed the contract the same day. Had estimates from 4 other companies. Evansen was by far the lowest. That's generally a red flag. But I had checked BBB beforehand. They had an A+ rating. Also a NARI member. They were also a certified installer for GAF and Owens Corning shingles.
