Called three times to set up appointment to have someone come to fix a leak in roof. My boyfriend also called. Neither of us got a call back. I just think that's bad business. That's too bad cause I've heard such good things about them and have read their reviews. This is part two of my review. They say they don't have time to call back but it's funny how they time to respond to my review. Bad business

Hi Ellen, so sorry to hear about your experience. We apologize for not getting back to you. At this time, we are completely booked with work through early spring and haven’t been able to follow up. Unfortunately, we’re a small family-owned operation and cannot always be as responsive as we should be. Thank you.

They did an exceptional job. The crew was wonderful. During the quote process there was no push to add additional product or service. Would use them again if we are in the need for other services.

Not only has this company put a new roof on my house, but I also had them put on new gutters and leaf guards. I think they’re one of the best companies to work with. They do a wonderful job and stand behind their work to make sure the customer is happy!

Drew, Neil and their crew did our new roof and gutters last year. During this year's windstorm, a vent cap came loose. They promptly investigated the situation and repaired it for us, efficiently and effectively. American is a FIVE STAR company, with service after the sale.
