The previous owners definitely cut corners on the flashing because the first major summer downpour sent water straight into our kitchen. I called a roofing contractor and they immediately identified the shoddy workmanship. They ripped out the bad metal and installed proper seals in a surprisingly good time. We are completely dry now and I highly recommend their experienced crew to fix any bad flips.

I noticed granules washing down my downspouts and knew something was wrong. They came out and found the shingles were deteriorating faster than expected due to poor attic ventilation. They fixed the ventilation and replaced the worn shingles. No more granules in the gutters now. The roof looks healthy and should last much longer.

Fixing the weathered flat section over our patio was my top priority before the dry, scorching months did any more damage to the exposed structure. Their inspector caught multiple hidden cracks that previous companies completely glossed over during their quick walkthroughs. The workers arrived exactly on schedule, acted incredibly polite, and didn't leave a single piece of debris behind. Outstanding service from start to finish.

The experience of living in the house now feels smoother and less interrupted, since external weather no longer impacts the indoor environment in noticeable ways. That consistency has improved overall comfort significantly.
