  Similar experience as a couple others have mentioned here. Had him scheduled twice to come out to get an estimate for the work needed. Both times no-show or call. Tried calling, no answer. Must be too busy but so am I to keep trying with him.

  I called him cause it was leaking. He sent a man out who did not fix it. No response to other calls. I had to get another company to do it and they found the roof staples were not set deep enough so it wore a hole in the roof shingle above it. Three high set staples let in enough water to ruin my ceiling. The unlayment was not installed correctly. The pattern of the shingles were not laid correctly.

  Same as the next review. Called and Eric said he would come look at the roof, never showed. I called two more times and no response. It must be nice to be so busy that you can say "F you" to hard working people trying to reaarange their days for you. Not sure what ever happened to courtesy and customer service.

  Eric has been great to contact for help with quotes for my clients. I often refer to him for his expertise on the status of roofs on the homes I work to sell. He is responsive and sends professional quotes to my client and me so that we can work to either negotiate repairs in a timely fashion or so the client can get repairs done. I appreciate the hard work these guys do. It can be a hot, nasty, thankless job at times and I am thankful he will take the time to do a good job with a smile.

  This is one amazing company. We had a tile roof that had been badly installed years ago and was rotting in places underneath. In three days that team took out the tile, carted it away, repaired damage, added venting, installed a new roof and cleaned the skylights! They cleaned up at the end of each day and completely at the end of the job. The men themselves work very well as a team and they know what they are doing. They are also courteous and really nice people. The price was over $20,000 under the next bid, but because they were highly recommended we decided to go with them. We will never regret it. Fantastic work, guys, and thank you again to all of you. Additional not: read the one star reviews. You have to wait for Eric. He is booked out about a year in advance. We waited 8 months for him, but it was worth it.

  I contacted Preston Roofing for an estimate on a complete tear off of old shingles and replace with new. Of the 4 companies that gave me estimates. Preston roofing gave the best price that included replacing the gutters, vents, flashing, barrier, edging and disposal of the old shingles. It took him a few days to get out and do the inspection but considering 1 place I contacted would have been a month before getting an estimate and another told me I would need to get with a another company they recommend for the gutters. So a few days was not a big issue. Eric's crew didn't leave a mess and were fast at getting the job done. I asked Eric to leave me some of the old shingles so I could put some traction on a ramp for our old aging dog and they laid a run of rolled roofing on the ramp for me. Going beyond what was expected.

  Could not be happier with our whole experience. Eric wrote his bid while standing in our yard, had materials delivered same day we accepted the quote, and got the job done the next day. Kept work area spotless and left it that way.
