  Absolutely worst customer service. Whoever they have answering their phones needs fired. No business can be conducted if the person handling the calls is incompetent and unprofessional.

  Be careful when choosing roofing contractors. I was referred to Empire from a good friend, but the whole experience has been rough. After receiving the check, it took them two months to do the work without any communication. Now that the work on the roof is done, it’s still leaking because they haven’t completed the inside work that needed to be fixed. I’ve reached out several times, all they do is ghost. Choose a different company and thank me later.

  BE AWARE!! they are very bad people, I got my roof with them last year, they promised me after getting of second check they will come and repair my fence, but never did, still I am looking after them, there was a guy by the name of Nick, he is very deceptive guy, for the beginning he was very kind, helpful, respectful, after he got the liberty to deal with insurance instead of me they didn't answer my phone. it's been 5 months that they didn't repair my fence, never recommend to anybody Ishaq Matin

  Excellent and fast work, and above all, they fought with the insurance company that didn't want to pay for the hail damage to my house, but they made it possible. I didn't have to fight; they did it for me, and I didn't pay a thing. They even covered the deductible. Excellent work, Epire! Thank you so much.

  I love that they help out in any way; they have great customer service, and above all, they also speak Spanish, which is a plus for my family. Thank you so much for your excellent service.   Empire contractors were clean, thorough and very detailed with the whole installation process they covered up the plants and pool. After they left, you would’ve never known that they were there. Thanks empire for taking care of my Grandmas house!

  Empire is fantastic! I needed some tiles fixed after fixing a small amount of water damage and they came in, assessed what needed to be done and quickly got me fixed right up for a great price. They saved me thousands of dollars from my original quote and they did a fantastic job. Will be using them again!
