I called them and left the voice mail. Shawn Eltz sent me a message and I gave him my address and never get estimate from him and texted couple times and no answer.

Tried calling and texting 3 times for work to be done with no freakin response at all !

  Reply from the business

Sorry you feel this way Michael. We communicated a few times about your job and you said you had someone coming out sooner than we could... thought this issue you had was resolved. Until you text me cursing and threatening. This is why you didn’t receive further responses. Thanks!

Our historic home needed lots of TLC when we moved in, and our gutters were no exception. We knew we wanted to transition from white to black—along with soffits, fascia, and some dormer work—but all the companies we priced were way out of …

Shawn put windows in my house. Gave me the best price for excellent workmanship. Honest, reliable and fair... those are all the qualities I look for and I found them with Eltz. Would highly recommend. Since this review, Shawn has put a new roof on my house, and put new soffit on my front porch. All done with amazing pricing and quick but quality workmanship. In fact, he even came out on a Saturday when he was supposed to go out to eat that night with his wife just to make sure it got done and that I was a happy customer. CANNOT recommend this guy enough!!!

After a recent storm, I called Eltz Home Improvements and left a message. Within minutes, he answered my call. Shawn arrived at my home, and in less than an hour, my roof was repaired. That's what you call "SERVICE."

In my profession, I deal with, work with and interact with lots of different contractors for all sorts of projects. In my experience, both professionally and personally, Eltz Home Improvements is a class act. If I want to trust the price to be fair, and the work to be done correctly and done well, Eltz is the contractor for the job. I have found that when it comes to contractors, you always get the best outcome if you go with the ones that are honest, hard-working and care about their output. Rest assured that you have that when you hire Eltz Home Improvements. My most recent personal project was a carport roof in which the structural support in many places had been rotted by weather and eaten by carpenter ants. I knew the project was going to be a beast and I worried if I could even afford to fix it. Eltz Home Improvements surprised me again with an affordable quote and ultimately, a job well done. Thank you guys!

I called Shawn as I called two other contractors who came in with inflated prices. Shawn was quick to give me his bottom price and blew the competition out the water. Since my prior roofer did a terrible job I researched what good material …

Shawn has confidence in the work his crew and him do and it shows. Definitely the premier roofing outfit in the valley. Very professional and did an awesome cleanup job. I couldn’t even tell that they were there, except for the great looking roof. Will use for other services!
