  Employees drive like drunks. 7 am and we have a meathead looking to find some snow to plow. He almost side swiped another vehicle, and drove like he was King Kong of 17th Street in the middle of the road. Taking up a left hand turn lane to go straight? He didn't care he owned the road. Seriously get him off the road.

  Called for a bid on a roof that I had insurance money to redo. Had to pay $50 for a bid? Excuse me? Seems like that would be a cost of doing business for a company that gives bids for work.

  The owner did not support his job site supervisor’s guarantee. They installed the equivalent of decorative metal as snow brakes. When I questioned the job site supervisor about what he was installing, he argued that they install these in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming and they’ve always held up. When I pushed further I was told not to worry, they’re guaranteed. A year and a half later they failed, stripped away most of the brakes, scratched the roof metal, took out the fence, my neighbor’s trees, and damaged the siding on my house. They suggested I file an insurance claim and then they would take care of it. I could barely get them to return my phone calls, give me a bid, they wouldn’t return my money, or even cover my deductible claiming the guarantee was only for 1 year (not what the on-site supervisor said.) The material failed and I had been dismissed when questioning its viability before it was even installed. In response to the response: Thanks for sealing the holes that were ripped into my metal roof from the inferior product you installed. There was only approximately 3’ of snow (not excessive) when your so-called brakes did not hold. I should not have had to hire someone to shovel my roof because it is rated for a lot more weight! Proper brakes are so you don’t have to shovel. Bottom line, those were not brakes! Additionally, when they were installed, 3 of them were not trimmed and hung past the roof line! Sloppy. The supervisor was rude and condescending, no surprise he no longer works for you. That said, turns out he said untrue things about the product and guarantee while representing your company which you did not honor. No one from your office ever called me back with an estimate, so I had to go with another contractor. You guys dodged my calls and texts more times than I can count. At the very least, you should have covered the deductible.

  Absolutely horrible and untrustworthy company. Do not waste your time here. They do not hire people with any experience what so ever, they refuse pay their employees wages and they will dodge your calls. These people truly have no sense of morals and would like to cheap anyone out of as much money as possible. Disgusting business practices!

  Josh is so nice and easy to work with, kept me updated when they got delayed because of the rain, then the guys came over tore off all the old roof, replaced shingles, vents, flashing, all in one day. Awesome, fast and affordable. Thanks guys

  Sebastian and his crew did A great job. They came when they said they would and finished when they told me they were. The roof looks good and one small problem was handled quickly and completely. We are happy we used them for our reroof.

  Elite Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them. I was out of town during the project but Josh kept me updated the entire time. He answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally from beginning to end. And when I got home you couldn’t tell that anyone had been there but I had a beautiful new roof! Everything looked immaculate. Thank you Josh for over delivering all that you promised I would get!

  We are extremely satisfied and happy with the professional, and quality we receive when working with Elite Roofing. We have used their services for several roof repairs and each time, they have taken the time to give us thorough information about how they plan to fix the repairs. Through each process we are kept updated and informed of progess and how things are going with pictures and emails. They always bill us the amount that was quoted or less. We have really appreciated our business relationship and would absolutely recommend them to our friends, family, and clients.
