We had them come out to do an inspection after a different company never called us back to get on the schedule for an initial inspection. Elite roofing sent Mark out within two days of contacting them and he did a very thorough inspection and caught problems we didn’t even know existed. Our house is over 100 yrs old and 5600+ sq ft with multiple pitches and sunrooms and his work was very clean. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He came back quickly after the inspection (on the hottest day of the year) and worked hard and got everything fixed up for us. Was very polite throughout the whole process. We liked how pictures were taken and uploaded after inspection so we could see what he was talking about and we appreciated the pictures after the repairs were done. Definitely recommend them if you have any roof issues!

Matthew, wow, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! 🌟🏠 We're so glad Mark was able to get out quickly, thoroughly inspect your roof, and identify issues before they became bigger problems. On a home with that much character and complexity, attention to detail really matters, and we're happy his hard work, clear communication, and before-and-after photos gave you confidence throughout the process. We'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Mark. Thanks again for trusting Elite Roofing and for the recommendation! Genesis Elite Roofing LLC

We received service repair for a couple leaks, out through on our home warranty. Elite was assigned and the roofer tech was prompt, very thorough, did an inspection basically, fixed all issues found and could not be happier. A project manager followed up after and at no time was anyone pushy. Everything was explained that was an issue, what was fixed and expected life left on the roof, and all made sense with other information I have. When it's time for a new roof, I will be contacting Elite! 💯
