Replaced / installed flat roof and shingles on our rental property and after 1 yr the roof has a major leak (we have a 5 yr warranty with a contract) and David will not pick up his phone and won’t return our emails/texts and voicemails!!!

Dave and his team did an outstanding job. They replaced my whole roof, removed a skylight, and added gutter guard caps to all the gutters. The pricing was fair, and Dave even helped coordinate with my insurance company to handle a wind/storm damage claim. I highly recommend Element Roofing!

Professional skills is what you want applied to the problem in your home, not the lowest price for your roof. If a contractor says to you Ill do it for $500 less. That's a red flag for you not to hire them at all. Why ? Fake contractors …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Element Roofing LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
