Is your roof ready for what’s next? 🏠🔍 We recently completed a comprehensive inspection of this home, and while the roof still has some years of life left, it’s reaching a critical turning point. As shown, we are starting to see signs of wear, and some minor curlings, which are early indicators that the protective barrier is beginning to degrade. While it may not be failing today, waiting for active leaks to appear can lead to significant interior damage and costly secondary repairs. Taking a proactive approach is always more cost-effective than reactive repairs. We strongly recommend planning for a full roof replacement sooner rather than later to prevent potential issues and ensure your home remains fully protected against the elements. Don't wait for a small problem to become a big emergency—let’s discuss how to secure your home’s future today!Jul 1, 2026Learn more
