Unreliable and will never call you back. Would not recommend.

We used Kunsman for siding work and roof repairs over the past year and were very happy with them. However, they recently came out to look at a leak in our roof, and we have never heard from them again despite repeated calls and text messages. I'm shocked that a company like this doesn't have the courtesy to at least respond to you. Very strange.

They quoted me at twice the rate that all the other companies did :(

They skipped more than half the work that was written in the estimate and the problem that I hired them to fix persists. The estimator now says he will have to make a new estimate to "properly" fix the issue. I don't understand why I wasn't given an estimate to properly fix it from the beginning.

Called twice for a roof inspection and they never contacted us but asked for a review so here it is.

Ask for a estimate and never even came by to look at roof. Tried to call again to inquire when some one was coming out to look at roof . Still waiting so went with another company

Hi Tyrone, You called in on 2/7 and our estimator reached out and stopped by your house on 2/9 to take pictures and work up an estimate. He returned and put the paperwork on our admins desk; however she works on Tuesdays during the winter months. We were planning on getting your estimate out today. We apologize for the time frame. If you'd still like an estimate please let us know.

Member of the Roofing team was fixing my friend's house and they knicked a pipe. The owner tried to deny that it was them that broke it, when one of the employees admitted to it. It took harassment to get them to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. They then begrudgingly fixed the pipe but did not close the whole on the outside of the house. The pipes then froze due to cold weather and they will not admit to the mistake. They are avoiding my friend, refusing to fix their own mistake, saying it was my friend's fault and that I broke it. This company is highly unprofessional and shady. I would NOT RECOMMEND working with this company.

Hi Cory, I tried looking into this and we don't have any info under your name. Was the work done under another name? If not, it's possible you have the wrong company. If it was our company we will definitely get it straightened out. If it's not our company, I'd appreciate it if you could remove the review. Thanks!

The staff there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to us and they eased our concerns. We can't wait to see the job when it is finished.

I had my roof done recently and I found it amazing how efficient they were in not only replacing the roof, but just as important their clean up and removal. Decent pricing as well as excellent communication made this experience smooth and satisfactory.

Even though there’s still some work to be completed, I’m already in awe of the transformation. Having the stucco repaired on the lower side of our house has made such a huge difference—it no longer looks run-down, and I couldn’t be happier …

I thought the rep Sage, was outstanding. No high pressure sales, and stood by his agreements. Wasn't as crazy about the crew who was supposed to do something pretty simple as move the dumpster since we didn't understand why we didn't get …

Alan Kunsman did masonry in my backyard The job was done professionally, workers came on time, were courteous and explained what they were going to do. Job was done on time. They also did the siding on my home and did an excellent job. Their charges were reasonable and competitive. I would strongly recommend Alan Kunsman and would not have any hesitancy using their competence for other jobs in the future.

Kunsman did my roof and siding. They did a 5 Star job! My roof and siding was installed in a professional manner and my house looks great! The neighbors have all commented on how good it looks. I highly recommend Kunsman for your needs.

I’ve had my roof repaired twice in 5 years after storm damage. Even though both jobs were very small, Alan Kunsman Roofing came out quickly and made the repairs for a very reasonable price. Their service is outstanding and I highly recommend them.

Had my house and garage roofs done 3 months ago, plus the spouting replaced on the house . From first call everything went smoothly. Their crews were great and efficient, replacing all deteriorating wood and removing an unused chimney. Cleanup perfect. All done in two and a half days even with working around some raindrops. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Allen Kunsman roofing did a very good job from the start with manager Sage, explaining all the details, from the crew working (who had a team work approach) extremely hard, and the final extras that needed to be completed. Yes, I would recommend them.

Very very professional group. The roof was done in one full day. The workers never stopped working. They were neat and clean and picked up everything. The roof looks wonderful no problems with leaking as we’ve had rain since I’m very very happy with the experience.
