  We recently had a custom home built with a metal roof. Educated Roofing Systems was the roofing company of choice by our home builder. The initial dry in job was terrible. It leaked, and took over a month to get them to come out and fix it. After they finally fixed the dry in job, they began installing the roof. The overall appearance of the roof is poor. There was no attention to detail, and inconsistent techniques used on the roof. The seams are uneven. The brand new roof appears to be several years old due to scratches. The installers did not remove the plastic in several areas, and it has become baked on. The metal is uneven and oil cans in many areas. I have made several calls to them to get it fixed, but all I get is lip service. Scott does not return calls, he is late for meetings, and he does not follow-up on his commitments. I will never use them, and would not recommend them to anyone. It has been an extremely disappointing experience.

  I had a very positive experience working with Joy at Educated Roofing Systems. She was communicative throughout the entire process, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable about working with insurance companies. The roofing work was executed well, and Joy remained responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that came up along the way. I appreciated her professionalism, follow-through, and commitment to making sure the job was completed properly. I would recommend Joy and Educated Roofing Systems to anyone needing roofing work.

  You can tell these guys really know the engineering side of roofing, not just the sales pitch. They broke down exactly what needed to be fixed and why, then knocked the job out perfectly. If you're in Dripping Springs and want a roofing company that actually takes pride in their craft, call Educated Roofing

  After multiple hail storms, our insurance determined a roof replacement was in order. Due to Texas weather unpredictability, we decided to upgrade to a metal roof. Our experience was seamless and easy. Joy Jackson was fantastic with communication and keeping the project on time. 10 Of 10!
