The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Ed's Tile & Shingle Roof Cleaning. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Ed did a fantastic job pressure washing my tile roof and cleaning out my gutters. It was a two story home, close to 2700 sq ft that hasn’t had it roof or gutters cleaned in some time. Ed made the roof look almost new! He also was able to repair my broken tiles. He also went above and beyond to realign the roof tiles and made sure the gutters were all secured. Very reasonable priced and very responsive!

Ed did a great job on power washing my 45 year old tile roof. The roof looks like a new roof now.

Ed painted the interior of my house and installed new flooring. It looks like a new house! Great job - I will be calling him again.

I hired Ed to clean my tile roof that I am sure had never been cleaned since installation in the 70’s. Ed showed up on time and knocked out the entire project, including cleaning out my gutters, all in one day. The results were phenomenal. The roof looked like a brand new roof. He also did a great job at cleaning up before leaving. I highly recommend hiring Ed. Very trustworthy and a hard worker.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Ed's Tile & Shingle Roof Cleaning. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
