Finally a solid contractor!! Eddie was easy to work with on setting a schedule and following through. Neat and clean. When they were done for the day they stacked everything neatly against the building. No garbage left behind i could find. Great work all around the roof line. I will be coming back when I need more work done!

Workmanship integrity is questionable. 'Failed local Village new roof inspection several times. We had workmanship issues 8 months after their installation and we had to complain at length to get them to finally come out and remediate their …

We did not have a direct contract with you. Your agreement was with your solar panel company, which was responsible for repairing your roof. When you hired Chicago Flat Roof, we followed the specifications outlined in their contract. Despite not being obligated to do so, and without any direct agreement with you, we responded to your roof issues. We communicated honestly, even though we were busy, and still chose to help by repairing your roof. Our willingness to assist shows our commitment to service, even when it's not our responsibility or part of our contractual obligation.

This company was very responsive and acted quickly and professionally when I needed a roof repair prior to the sale of my home. Eduardo (Eddie) Reyes took before and after pictures and my husband and I were satisfied with the work performed. I definitely recommend their services! Thanks again, Eddie!

Highly recommend Eddie's Exteriors. Replaced damaged fascia on two sides of 2nd story home the result of strong winds and aging. Professional, quality work at a fair price. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use Eddie's again.

Eddie's Exteriors did 3 flat roofs. Great to work with! Job looks good. Area was kept clean. Guys on the job were easy to work with. Everyone on the job kept the yard gate closed because of the dog. I will have Eddie and his workers back doing other jobs. Thanks

Eduardo Roofing did a fabulous job with replacing our Church Roof. They also, showed where work was not done properly by previous flat roofers. I give them five stars and would recommend their business!

I came home from out of town and found raccoon damage on my roof. Eddie came out to inspect the damage the day I contacted him and had the roof repaired the next day. This is the second time I've used this company and have not been disappointed. Eddie is a pleasure to work with.
