Learn to read! No solicitation, no knocking, no ringing doorbell! If you can’t read 2 clearly posted signs on my door & covering doorbell, how could I trust you to do my roof?

  Reply from the business

Hi Greg, we’re sorry to hear this was your experience. As part of our quality control process, we do visit the neighbors of our active projects to leave our contact information in case any roofing debris (nails, shingle pieces, underlayment, etc.) finds its way into a neighboring yard and needs to be addressed. We do not use door knocking as an advertising or solicitation method. If someone knocked on your door to sell roofing services, that would not be consistent with our company policy, and we would certainly like to know more. It’s also possible there may have been some confusion with another contractor working in the area. If you’re willing, please reach out to us directly so we can better understand what occurred. We appreciate the feedback and are always looking to ensure our team represents East Valley Roofing & Repair professionally.

As a local realtor and brokerage owner, I’ve made Jake and Gabe at Roofrite my go-to reference for anything roof related. I’ve referred countless clients their way and have personally had my own properties repaired by their team. The quality and reliability of their service is exactly why I keep recommending them.

Wonderful experience working with East Valley Roofing and Repair to have the underlayment replaced on our tile roof. Easy to get a hold of, quick inspection and no-pressure quotes. The company is very responsive to questions; providing clear and concise explanations of their services. Once terms were agreed to, they were able to schedule our roof quickly. The crew showed up on-time, worked efficiently and finished nearly to the minute that they estimated. The cleanup was excellent and closing out the payments was quick and easy as well. So glad I found East Valley Roofing and Repair.

Collin is personable, reliable, and did me a real favor by honoring a quote price that was 3 months old. I was working a claim with my insurance and another roofing company whose price jumped significantly in 3 months My historic home has a very steep slope, that didn’t deter Collin or his employees. Demo was done in one day (wood roof photo) install done on day 2 (partially done photo) My neighbors were impressed! My property was left clean, Collin ensured everything was perfect before I paid in full. I highly recommend Collin and the GAF cool roof for our blazing hot summers in AZ

6 month before and after testimonial! Gilbert Homeowner Joel C. had this to say about working with East Valley Roofing and Repair: "I don't think anybody's necessarily excited to have to spend money on your roof. Definitely was the case for us when we had a leak after the recent monsoons. After working with several companies, we decided to go with East Valley Roofing. Collin was great, communication was awesome, and we decided to just go all the way and fix it correctly and be really proactive. So we are doing a full roof replacement, full underlayment replacement. ...They showed up right on time. I can't say enough good things about their communication. ...I'm really excited that we're getting it done and I feel good about working with East Valley Roofing." 6 month follow up: "It's been about 6 months since Collin and his team with East Valley Roof Repair was at our house replacing the entire roof and underlayment. And so far everything has been phenomenal. ...Really stoked about the quality and performance from East Valley Roof Repair." Thanks, Joel!Jul 24, 2026
