  Kelly, thank you for your feedback, and I do appreciate you acknowledging the quality of the ProVia windows. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize that the finishing work on the initial installation did not meet our standards. You are absolutely right to expect clean, professional caulking and a properly finished job, and we fell short on that portion of the project. That is not how we operate, and we took it seriously. When we spoke, our goal was to correct the issue promptly and properly. Our standard process in situations like this is to have the original installer return with a project manager supervising, so the work is corrected and the installer is held accountable and learns from the mistake. This was not about dismissing your concerns, but about maintaining quality control and preventing future issues. When you requested a different technician entirely, we explained that accommodating that request would require rescheduling, as it would involve pulling key personnel from other scheduled projects. Ultimately, we did return and dedicated multiple days to rework and ensure the job was completed to our standards. Regarding communication, I do regret that our conversations became frustrating on both sides. That was never my intention, and I apologize if my tone came across in a way that felt otherwise. At the conclusion of the project, the windows were fully functional, properly sealed, and the finishing work was addressed. Even so, we offered a goodwill credit in recognition of the inconvenience and extended timeline. As for the statement about “bullying,” I respectfully and strongly disagree. At no point was there any intention to treat you—or any customer—disrespectfully. We work hard to serve every homeowner with professionalism and integrity, and that remains our commitment. We truly value the trust you placed in us as a repeat customer, and I’m sorry this experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. —Shawn Stite

  This will be a honest review. I am not pleased with these guys at all, neither are my wife or father. A few months prior to November 2020 we had an estimate done but these guys. Shawn was the one who gave us the estimate. We were trying to secure funding for the job. November 2020 we hired them to replace our roof. We advised them this job was being paid though our mortgage company via a home inspector. They said they understood and have done this before. Ok. During one of the phone calls where on employee was on speaker with another employee and my father being present, the employee on the phone made an unprofessional comment regarding how long it was taking to secure the funding. Once the job began, they informed me that needed to order the replacement plywood because it wasn’t listed in the estimate. Ok. During the estimate Shawn explained everything We were going to need to do, how the process works etc. My wife and I are first time homebuyers. Our estimate included facia, soffit and gutters. Ok. Job started, no problem. As time wore on the problems began to develop. Whenever their office needed to contact us, me or my wife, mainly me, they kept calling my father’s cellphone. My wife and I explained to them over a dozen times on the phone to remove his number, that I am the contact. 1st problem no one listens. They completed the roof in a day. As they estimated they would. Ok. As I was checking everything out, I noticed a few minor house keeping things, no big deal, trash, roof debris. It was handled. Ok. After that I noticed something seemed to be missing from behind our chimney, during the estimate we were told they would install a “cricket “ made of wood and shingles to divert the rain water. According to the project manager they bent the copper flashing to divert the rain water. Shortly here after, our inspector came out to ensure the roof was done as required so they could receive partial payment, he informed me we didn’t need the “ cricket “ because ou

  Super professional, but insanely over priced. The whole “if you sign right now we will give you a discount” thing is super 1950s.

  Ridiculous. I'm on the Board of Trustees for a Condo Association and just asking for a quote for a siding job and they are not willing or able to set up a "free" consultation. Stay away.

  Used this company about 6 years ago,they were awesome. Recently used them for 4 windows got an estimate and windows were suppose to be part of a special. The price turned out to be higher than quoted and I asked for a receipt showing the price of each window and all I received is warranty info and that was like pulling teeth.We recently had an estimate for siding on the front of our house. They were so expensive you could have sided two small houses for that price. I used to like this company until they started using sales persons for construction work they remind of car dealers and that is such a turn off in itself. When you can't get a receipt and break down of what you just purchased that is bad business to me.

  East Coast Roofing did an excellent job on replacing my shingle roof! The workers were very diligent and cleaned up the area very efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and professional from the beginning of the process to the very end. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  Words can't explain how pleased I am with my roof! I received a thank you from the owners. The workers did a fantastic job on the roof as well as cleaning up.   I had an incredible experience with East Coast Roofing and Siding. They did a complete roof replacement on my home, added board and batten siding to the front, and even built a beautiful new porch. The craftsmanship is top-notch—my house looks amazing! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and kept me fully informed.   We are so happy with our windows and siding. Everyone at East Coast from Shawn to the installers were a pleasure to deal with. We had some changes in the middle of our project and they were handled by Mark our project manager quickly and with ease. Our property was cleaned up every day during the work.   Recently I needed some info about the condo roof for our insurance policy. I called East Coast Roofing & Siding. Turns out we replaced the roof on out condo building 7 years ago. East Coast did a great job and we have had no issues for 7 years. I spoke with Shawn who was the project manager on our job and he was very helpful in finding the info I needed.   Finally had to take East Coast up on their lifetime screen replacement at no cost to me. Cats can do a number on the screens but one call and one hour later good as new. Thank you East Coast. Bty I love the quality of my replacement windows. So glad we went with double hung as keeping them clean is a breeze!
