  Communication is slim to none. Takes days to weeks to get a answer after getting a quote for windows while comparing other company's. Still have not received a answer from a message I wrote weeks ago. So we went with advance instead. Lost a sale of 12 windows from me.

  Called today to ask about securing a window overhang and some faux shutters that were originally installed by Archer and have come loose from high winds. I was told over the phone that they are not doing any repairs. Buyer beware.

  I bought a new construction DR Horton home built in 2025 and Archer siding continues to fall off my house and they've replaced and reassured me 5 times now and it continues to fall apart! This company is atrocious and Archer doesn't know the first thing about installing siding. They don't have professionally trained technicians and aren't able to keep siding from falling apart and off the side of my house. I guess siding is too complicated for them. It's not rocket science as they say! I would stay away from this company and every house in my new construction development has issues with their siding and metal flashing trim constantly falling off their houses. This company needs to go out of business or be sued into bankruptcy.

  Wind blew trim off roof gable in late Oct, 2025. Called Archer Exteriors in Millsboro, DE. Nov 7 Technician looked at missing/damaged siding and took a sample for color match. Said they would order material. Nov. 14 they provided a good …

  Archer has been one of the worst and unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. I have been asking for a call back for a month now and I call once a week. No matter who takes your information to pass it on, Dave and his manager will never call you back. Windows were purchased through them for my dad’s company for the house he was flipping. They originally quoted them a certain price to install the windows that were purchased. Since it’s now my house and no longer being worked on by the same contractor, they won’t honor that price. My contractor now has been calling constantly too for a call back. Would not use archer if I were redoing the house again. Worst customer service and beyond unprofessional.

  Never followed up on a go ahead for doors. I waited 6 days and called. Gave 2 different stories by 2 different people. Going with a local company that will quote and close same day. Don’t waste your time.

  They only service homeowners. So they can charge the highest rates possible. I have many houses but because I’m an investor they said no even after offering to deposit in their account prior to work. What does that tell you. Mmmmmmmm

  Much of the service and work was good. One of the supervisors was extremely dismissive to our feedback about unfinished work (exposed plywood, roofing nails popping through eaves, ) As part of the roofing job we had a large skylight replaced. The framing on the interior was so junky that we needed them to come back and redo it. They did. It was still very bad. We let it go and redid the work ourselves because there was clearly no attention to detail (detail is an overstatement - the framing looked like a Cub Scout did it with a balsa wood kit). Archer could have very easily had us walk away as happy customers. Most of the work was good. I wouldn't necessarily advise against hiring them. If you do hire them, be prepared to follow up repeatedly in order to have your home returned close to condition that it was prior to the work.

  Just had archer install back door and front storm doors. Bernard was the installer. He was wonderful. Paid great attention to detail and took his time to make it right. Another great experience from archer from the sales rep Eric to the installer Bernard 100% recommendation. So far experience has been very good. Getting our house sided. Sales rep Erick has been informative and professional Archer finished the work and we couldn't be happier. Everything our sales rep promised happened. Thanks to Victor and his team who did the installation. Very professional job. And Tom who kept things running. Getting many compliments from the neighbors. Pricing was the best and more services were offered than other quotes. Can not over recommend Archer Extreriors if you need your home sided.

  I am very pleased with my three new doors. (1 interior, 2 exterior) The installer was on time, very professional, and considerate. Dave Colligan, a specialist made sure everything I wanted/needed was taken care of, walking me through each finished product. I highly recommend Archer Exteriors for all your needs.

  Just to let everyone know if you are considering getting a home improvement, don't hesitate to call Archer Exteriors. All of the workers and office personal are very curteous and knowledgeble . I had a bay window installed and it looks great. Good job!

  Just signed contract for replacing my gutter guards with Eric Perez. He is great to do business with. Very nice and respectful. Second time doing business with Archer. They are excellent. Highly recommend them.
