Eagle Eye Renovations

The only one or two-star review we hold for Eagle Eye Renovations.

I had an awful experience with this roofing company in Parker, Colorado. Their customer service is terrible, and they tried to scam me on the price. They initially quoted one price, but in the middle of the project, they suddenly changed it without any valid explanation. To make matters worse, they use cheap materials, and when I asked about it, I got no answers. The owner, Stephen, turned out to be a professional hater—completely unprofessional and rude. Honestly, I have no idea how this company gets good reviews. Be careful and look elsewhere—you can definitely find better prices and better quality with another company. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. Stay away!

Stephen and Blake communicated clearly at all times. They walked me through each step of working with the insurance company and made every part of the re-roofing process very easy. Their crew was very good about using tarps to cover everything below the roof work, and they cleaned up everything at the end of the job. The new roof looks really nice, and I'm glad I hired Eagle Eye Renovations.

Initially I had Eagle Eye Renovations replace an aging roof. I did not want to get insurance involved, so this was an out of pocket expense. The crew at Eagle Eye Renovations had the work completed the entire job in one day (ahead of some …

Blake and the install crew from Eagle Eye were AMAZING from start to finish!! Top notch work and support throughout our roof/gutter/downspout replacement. Utterly professional craftsmen. The communication was always present and we felt confident during the whole process. Blake met with our insurance adjuster and filed supplemental claims on our behalf, maximizing what we were paid. I can’t speak highly enough about them; if you are in the market for roof work: CALL.

I had Eagle Eye pour a concrete pathway. It was a great experience, just as their other work has been. They are trustworthy, timely, communicate very well, and their work product is much better than I’ve seen from their competitors. The work product being better also means a good value for me since I won’t have to worry about redoing it. I’ve used them for roofing as well, and am excited to see them continue to expand into other projects. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Boy, did I pick a great company to put a new roof on for me. I have never done this & Stephen & his company were so helpful with walking me through everything. They ended up doing my house roof, 2 sheds & our pizza oven. Stephen went above & beyond to help me get approval thru my insurance. I highly recommend them.

Eagle Eye recently replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. They completed the inspection with a day or so and then worked with our insurance company to get the repairs covered. They made the entire process completely painless, which is basically unheard of when working with insurance. They kept us informed throughout the process and were great to work with. Would highly recommend if you need any renovation work done.

Fantastic service from Stephen and team! They were prompt and professional when inspecting and servicing my roof. I really appreciated their honesty about what did and didn’t need to be done. They even went so far as to remove some dangerous branches that had been on our mind for a while. Very reasonable and straightforward pricing, I can’t recommend them enough!
