  Superior Roofing was fast to respond to schedule the inspection and quote. Although the initial diagnosis was wrong and the fix didn't solve the issue, their warranty team was very responsive and stuck with the project through completion. I would highly recommend

  Great service. We needed some professional roof work done on a facility and the national company we typically use was unable to make it in time for inspection, called this company and they were able to come out quick and complete the job on the weekend. I used them again the following week.

  I had an ongoing leak and located the bad shingle myself after a handful of roofers failed to do so. I made a temporary patch myself to confirm I had found the leak location. After a bad experience with the other roofers, I got a few quotes from new companies to replace a large section of shingles. I liked CSR the best over the phone and in person. They weren't pushy and they were easy to work with. The quote was reasonable and they delivered on the contract and even shored up a bit more of the roof with my permission to ensure that the leak has been fixed. The quality of work was good and there are no signs of leaking few heavy rains later. My only complaint was the project coordinator sat in his car for a couple of hours while the workers did the job which felt a little weird. And as a disclaimer, they asked for a review when the job was done, so here I am . Even so I'd absolutely recommend this company and I'd use them again if I need it.

  He was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Was able to schedule an inspection to meet my schedule and timeline. Performed a great comprehensive inspection and providing the photos to be able to point out all aspects of what he observed in an expert and relatable way.
