  I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Couldn't have been nicer but as soon as you sign the papers every thing changes

  This review reflects my experience with attempting to get an estimate from this company. I ultimately decided not to use them, but felt my experience should be shared. It took me two months of back-and-forth emails with the owner/operator to get an estimate. This delay wasn't due to re-scheduling or picking a date that was far out. It was due to the owner/operator seemingly being incapable of scheduling anything. Every message went unanswered until I prompted again. There was a span from 5 days up to 3 weeks between replies. Every email that I sent indicated that I wanted an estimate and wanted to schedule something. Responses ranged from "...we have been extremely busy" to "..that job could be $1500-$2000. To get proper estimate need measurements." A response like that isn't very helpful. The whole point of me reaching out is to get an estimate. The second-last email said that estimates were about 2 weeks out for scheduling. I asked to set up a time and could make myself available and received no response for over three weeks. When he finally did respond, he assumed that I lived in St. Catharines for some reason and said he would swing by since he was in the area. I corrected him that I live in Fort Erie, and he finally showed up the next day for an estimate. I waited a week to get a written estimate as I wasn't home when he showed up. I never received anything and finally decided to go with someone else. I understand that it was a small job and maybe he wasn't keen on taking it on, but just say that then. However, if this is what communication is like with all customers, I would not recommend using this company. Again, I can't speak to the quality of their roofing/siding work; only to their communication skills.

  Would NOT recommend this Business. It’s unfortunate when the Company you are paying Lies to you

  We shopped around and we are so glad we chose Brad & his team at Dynamic. They did a Great job . Great guys too!

  Brad..Josh & Rico worked so hard dealing with weather conditions etc taking longer than I expected but thanks to our government for paying workers to stay home on their butts with pay...its a given. Where is our work ethic going? Reward the lazy!!!
