  They wanted $500 deposit then put us off for eight months. When they finally showed up and hit a snag their guy got angry and asked me what i was going to do. Needless to say, their problem-solving skills were nonexistent. In the end i had to ask them to leave because it had gotten really frustrating. Two days later i found the pvc line the job is still on going. Oh, plus they kept the $500.

  Hi Ted, we provided you a quote for front yard drainage on Sept. 12 2023. We advised you we could only get this work done for you in the winter months as we were booked in with waterproofing jobs. You accepted our proposed quote and sent in your deposit to hold a spot on our work schedule. You contacted our office on Dec. 4th 2023 and left a voicemail stating you wanted to put off the quoted work till spring of 2024 and you wanted to make changes to the quote. We sent a crew member over several times to meet with you to discuss the changes and new plan you wanted to make. We gave you a new quote based on your plans of how you wanted the job executed. Our crew was there working over half the day doing exactly what you wanted us to do however, your plan did not work out the way you expected it to. You did not want to follow the professional recommendations that we had quoted you on for your drainage issues. I am not sure why you are leaving us a 1 star review as we did exactly what you wanted us to do and you did not even pay for the work we did.

  I Would give waterproof foundations by moe less than A rating of one if I could. I chose this company To repair my home Even though it was Double the cost of its competitors because it offered a lifetime warranty. However, I found their lifetime warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. One Year after they did the repair on my basement, water came into my basement in the exact same spot. when they came back to look at the issue, They refused to fix it. The representative actually threw his hands up in the air and walked off the property. Since I’ve had this issue, I Understand that many other people have experienced The same calous disregard. go elsewhere

  Based on our inspection, we advised a simple water test to accurately identify the source, as the evidence suggested it may be related to the aging window directly above (not the repaired section). You declined this step and chose not to proceed with our recommended diagnostic. Despite this, we made multiple follow-up calls and sent emails to ensure the issue was resolved. You confirmed that there has been no further leaking since our visit. We stand behind our work with a 30-year warranty and made every effort to investigate and assist beyond the original scope.

  He waterproofed my foundation sometime last year and its already leaking. I called him so he can come view the leakage but he said there's a charge to view where the leak is coming from even though he work on it. I asked your going to charge me to view your own work? He hangs the phone up. Very unporfsional. I dont recommand them at all.

  Are you a competitor? I dont have your name on any invoice and we would never charge to service a warranty.

  I’m late writing this review but would highly recommend FW by Moe. We had small leak in our basement and I called Moe to see if they could help. He was able to come out the next day and assured me that it was a simple repair. I had a quote the next day and we gave them the go ahead. We ended up putting the repair off for a month but they were wonderful to deal with for rescheduling. The repair was done in a day and it is nice knowing that we have a dry basement once again.

  Just had the back wall of my house done. From the initial estimate to the payment, everything was easy. All work done was explained to me prior too and during the work being done. Highly recommend.

  Excellent work! We had our water supply line replaced Moe had to dig under out front porch and did a very careful job in a very tight low spot. I work with a lot of contractors in my business and Moe is one of the best. Highly recommended.

  Moe did an incredible job with the foundation work at my house last year. He was professional, reliable, and the quality of his work was excellent from start to finish. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and I really appreciated how well the job was handled. I’d definitely recommend Moe to anyone looking for foundation work.

  I highly recommend this company! From Kristy in the office to Moe and all workers, they were very professional, courteous, efficient and left the property looking neat and clean. They worked on the day we had a once in a century heavy rainfall, Kristy said they work in all weather! The quote was reasonable, I got three quotes for the job. Best wishes to everyone there, keep up the great work, no wonder they are booked into next year! thank you

  Experience, knowledge, kindness and honesty. What ‘moe’ could you ask for? So impressed with Moe & Kristie. The issue was quickly diagnosed and Moe noticed right away what the problem likely could be. Even though it seemed to be more of a roofing issue, they were pleased to help us figure it out & refer us to another quality contractor. They really know their stuff and were very helpful in helping us to solve the problem efficiently! Thanks so much guys! Very highly recommend!

  We had a very good experience with FW by Moe. The crew did an amazing job waterproofing my house from interior and exterior. The crew was very friendly and gave me some feedback about other issues in the foundation that I will have to attend another day.
