Don’t use this company! They don’t honour their warranty! If there is a problem, he says he’ll call you back and then never does. He then refuses to take any calls from you no matter how many times you call. Save yourself and call another company!

We installed this roof for the previous homeowner over 15 years ago. After the property was sold, the new owner contacted us regarding a leak and expected the repair to be covered under warranty. The roof was well outside our workmanship warranty period, and that warranty was not transferable to a subsequent owner. Despite this, we spoke with the homeowner and advised that we would attend as scheduling allowed. Before we were able to do so, we received repeated calls along with a threat of legal action. We stand behind our work and honour our warranties. However, we cannot provide free repairs indefinitely on aging roofs that are no longer under warranty. We’re disappointed this resulted in a 1-star review, but feel the context is important for prospective customers to understand.

I work out of province so My wife hired him to fix a leak in the vent for the main bathroom, she also asked him to look at the roof of our new sunroom addition as we were having small water issues there too. he was very nice and courteous to her during the initial inspection but rude and not very understanding when performing the work as she runs a business out of the house. He convinced her the contractors, engineer and town were all wrong and the roof addition was not right and ended up charging us double the estimated rate and did work that was not required. the shingles he used were not the same color as the ones on the house and now we have a 2 tone roof (not nice), the right color shingles were available at Home Depot so I feel he used ones he had from another job as he would not give me an invoice breakdown for cost of materials or labor. when I told him to leave near the end of the job he said the roof was finished but just needed to finish some flashing, well he lied, the shingles were not finished so I had to get someone in to finish the job. BTW the roof vent for the bathroom leaked when it rained 2 days after he was gone. He is very high strung and not pleasant to deal with, always saying how its not fair to him and not taking into consideration how what he does is not fair to the customer, its all about him. Very unprofessional and likes to do work not required to soak you for more money always saying the other contractors are wrong.

Zack replaced my parents roof and they were not only professional and did a great job but he watched my dad for me cause he climbed the ladder to see what they were doing. He wasn’t very stable on the ground so a ladder was not a great idea. I can’t thank them enough for that. A great company to use for a great job.

Zack is not just professional and hard working but cares about quality. Zack doesn't take short cuts and the job is done right! (sorry if I sound like Mike Holmes). I didn't take any pictures.

Had Zack recommended to me by a coworker after he did a great job on his roof. I was having some issues with a bad roof job (from previous company) and zack came out and fixed it. Zack was polite, charged fairly and did the work on time. Super great guy. I will use him for any future roofing needs i have. Recommend him 100%
