  I'll be honest, I kept putting off getting the roof looked at because I figured we had a couple more years before it became a real issue. My wife felt it could be more serious and she was right. I called Durus and Joey came out to our place in Irvine to take a look. He got up there, took a bunch of photos, and when he showed me what he found I was pretty surprised. The UV damage was way more significant than I expected. The coating on most of the tiles was basically gone and the underlayment underneath was starting to break down too. Joey walked me through everything clearly and didn't push me in either direction. He laid out the options and was straight with me that continuing to patch it wasn't really going to get us anywhere at this point. We decided to go ahead with the full replacement and I'm really glad we did. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and had the whole job wrapped up in three days. I checked on things a couple times while they were working and they were always easy to talk to. When they were done you couldn't even tell they had been there, everything was cleaned up and the yard looked good. The new roof looks great and feels solid. What I appreciated on top of all that was Joey following up about a week after the job was finished just to make sure we were happy with everything. That kind of follow through is rare and it stuck with me. Really solid company and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  My husband and I have a home in Huntington Beach but we're long distance so managing repairs from afar is always a little nerve wracking. We noticed the roof needed some work on our last visit and called Durus right away. They sent someone out the next morning to take a look and when we had to fly back home before the repairs were done they just took care of everything for us. They sent us photos and videos throughout the whole process so we always knew what was going on. Communication was great the whole way through and we ended up saving a lot more than we thought we would. We can't recommend them highly enough.

  I had a couple of cracked tiles and a small leak above my kitchen at my home in Laguna Niguel. I called Durus Roofing and Joey came out the next morning to take a look. He showed me photos of the issue and explained what needed to be fixed. The price seemed fair and there was no pressure to do extra work. The crew came out a few days later and finished the repair pretty quickly. They also cleaned everything before leaving. So far the leak hasn't come back!

  My neighbor used Durus last year and recommended them, so I called when I had some damaged roof tiles. Joey came out to Laguna Hills and was very patient answering my questions without any pressure. The crew was respectful and cleaned up every day. The roof looks great and the whole process was easy.

  I didn’t know much about roofing before this, so I appreciated Joey taking the time to show me the inspection photos and explain what was actually wrong. He gave me a few options that fit my budget and didn’t pressure me at all. The crew was friendly, did solid work, and everything turned out great.
