  I was referred to Duran Roofing by a coworker who used them years ago for a similar issue. I called on a Tuesday in regards to a window/roof leak and the receptionist stated that she would check with the guys and get back with me. I called back the next day as it wasn’t originally made clear that it may take a while as she does not know the contractors schedule. I stated okay that is fine and she stated that she would get back with me. So I gave it a week and called the following Thursday to check to see if she was able to speak with the contractors. She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I also provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn’t even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored. Glad I was able to find another company that was able to repair my roof leak and sheetrock removal/replacement.

  I asked for a quote for home repair . I was asked to send pictures. I did. I did not get even an acknowledgement for the email .

  We hired Duran’s Roofing to replace our roof after the hail storm on May 1, 2026. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Anthony came out to our house to inspect it and saw the obvious damage. He worked with our Insurance company to walk us through the process. We paid our insurance deductible and Duran’s took care of all the other communication with our insurance company. Jennie is the office manager and she communicated daily with us to keep us informed. The job took 3.5 days to complete because of all the details required. The owner of the company, Robert Duran, came by daily to inspect and make sure everything was on track. The crew were very skilled workers who put in 12 + hours each day and left the job site as clean as it was before the project. Great company and great people who I would recommend to anybody wanting the best result possible.

  I have Duran's on speed dial for issues concerning my home.. they have done several repairs on my roof over the years and consulted on other items and are always helpful and honest. If it's broken, they tell me-- on at least one occasion, spotting a problem I didn't know I had, and if it's fine, they also tell me.

  New siding installed and painted. A lot more detail work than I thought there would be. We feel like we got the best possible job by two excellent carpenters. They talked to each other and worked out the many situations that presented themselves. Work in the future? Yes, we will go right back to Duran Construction. Gary and Dory Tavener.

  Durans was recommended by a friend. The company exceeded any expectations-from my first contact through job completion. At every step, family was involved. Not only in the bid and acceptance stage but by supervising all work with periodic checks on all work. If more stars were allowed,I would award more. All office staff responded quickly and pleasantly to my calls or questions; those performing the various work stages were respectful, hard working and proficient. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Duran’s to my closest friends or my family members.

  Duran’s have spent the summer with me - new roof, exterior painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, etc. I am thrilled with the work. They are dependable, courteous, maintain clean worksite, etc. I could go on and on because I am very pleased. David has been my project manager and was the best!
