The call came to us as a service call. We do not charge for estimates an never have. Our technician understood it as a "come fix my leak", not as "I need a estimate". This is why our technician spend time trying to find the leak using water from a garden hose, so that he could be sure that the leak issue was fixed. We realize there can be miscommunications, which is why we chose to waive the charge.

Have a water leak on my roof. Worked with Durable to diagnose. Very professional to start. This started on a Wednesday. They stated they were busy and they could only get there until the following Tuesday. This was through multiple phone calls and e-mails shared. I call Monday morning to confirm the work on Tuesday. There was no answer but I left a message. I didn't get any response on Monday so I called back on Tuesday. The person I had been working with all along acted as if we had never scheduled the work. He stated he couldn't divert his crew from other work. The area is forecast to get over an inch of rain tomorrow. I feel hung out to be wet in the house again. If I could give 0 stars I would

We are delighted to be involved in giving your newly purchased building which is an historic landmark, a new future. From replacing the failing roof with a Duro-Last PVC, to repairing and painting the stamped masonry walls. Thank you for the opurtunity and being great to work with.

Our project was a very large roof on a factory, Film Tech LLC in Stanley WI. Merle and Jotham were great to work with, very knowledgeable. Jotham was the project foreman and performed the work in a timely manner. The quality of the work was exceptional. I highly recommend Durable Roofing for any of you roofing needs.

Durable Roofing had a tough assignment. Remove a cedar shingle roof from a large log home and an asphalt shingle roof from a garage and replace with metal. And get it all done before winter. Daniel was great at communicating. The on-site …

These folks are top notch! In a world where most contractors are poor at communicating, bad at quotes, and downright horrendous to work with, Durable Roofing is a nice oasis. I was very happy with the work that was done and the quality. …

Dear Matt. It's a joy to us when a difficult project concludes with a nice roof and a satisfied customer. Poor construction and ugly structural rot are not pleasant discoveries, but good things to get fixed. You were good and reasonable to work with. We enjoyed working with you. Thanks much for the review.

My camper roof developed a leak over the winter last year so I called to have it resealed. This summer when I opened up my camper it was so nice to see that the inside of the camper was completely dry! No more leak. I’m very pleased with the service and price.
