  A friend referred me to Dunn Roofing Company after they had a new roof installed. I called, and Leonard came out the very next day to check a leak near the attic. He repaired the leak, and while inspecting the roof, he also found cracked shingles and explained that a full roof replacement would be the best long-term fix. My husband appreciated how clearly everything was explained, and we felt confident moving forward. The crew arrived early on the scheduled morning, worked hard through the day, and finished the job the next day. They were professional, organized, and respectful of our property the whole time. The new roof looks excellent, the workmanship is solid, and the cleanup was impressive with no nails or debris left behind. It is hard to even tell a roofing crew was here except for how great the roof looks. We are very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone in Simi Valley who needs reliable roof repair or roof replacement.

  great experience from start to finish. we have a more complex roofing system with two active leaks, and the team handled it in a very professional way. they scheduled an inspection right away and used a drone roof inspection to pinpoint the problem areas. one leak was caused by missing and wind-damaged shingles, and the other appeared to be tied to a gutter and roofline drainage issue. they explained everything clearly and gave us several roofing repair options, including a smaller repair without a warranty and a full roof replacement with warranty coverage. they also placed a tarp over the leaking sections right away, which helped protect the home and gave us time to review the estimates without any pressure. that extra step really showed they cared about preventing more water damage. we decided to move forward with the partial roof repair, and they followed the agreement exactly as written. the work was completed quickly over the next couple of days and addressed both problem areas. angel, the crew supervisor we worked with, was highly skilled, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about leak detection, shingles, flashing, and gutter-related roofing issues. one area stopped leaking immediately, and the second area near the gutter needed a little more follow-up. as soon as we called, angel arranged for the crew to come back out promptly to take a closer look and make sure the issue was fully resolved. that level of responsiveness and customer care made a big difference. overall, we are very impressed with their honesty, communication, and workmanship. they were straightforward, dependable, and never used pushy sales tactics. it was a very positive roofing service experience, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof leak repair or related roofing work.

  Second time reaching out to Dunn Roofing Company for work. They did a fabulous job replacing our roof before, and the attention to detail on the new gutters and roof edge trim was amazing. Timely service, quick completion, and absolutely no cleanup left for us. When it was time to have more exterior work done, including fascia, trim, and weatherproofing around our doors and openings, we never thought about calling anyone else. As last time, they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Coming home after most of the exterior work was finished, everything looked spotless, like a cleaning crew had come through. i heard so many stories about how messy this kind of roofing and exterior project can be, but not with this crew. theodore and the team did excellent trim work, flashing, and finishing details. zachary was helpful, and angel made sure everything looked clean and sealed up right. thank you, your crew is the best.

  Dunn Roofing Company installed a new bi-level roof on my home, and I am very happy with the finished work. What stood out even more was the roofing crew and the care they showed from start to finish. The way they handled the tear-off, roof install, flashing, drip edge, and cleanup said a lot about their standards. The crew kept the property neat the whole time and left everything as clean as when they arrived. They even wiped down small marks that may have come from old shingles during the roofing process. After the job, they swept the lawn with a magnet for nails and checked the area more than once to make sure nothing was missed. That extra attention gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The part that impressed me most was the foreman, Zachary. As the job was wrapping up and the last ladder was about to be loaded, he stopped the crew because he was not fully satisfied with how straight the drip edge looked. It already seemed fine to me, but he wanted it just right. He climbed back up, made the adjustment, and only then considered the roof complete. That level of detail and pride in workmanship is not something you see every day. They also removed siding and put it back in place without damaging it, which showed real skill and care. Everything now looks straight, level, and professionally finished. The metal edging, flashing around the chimneys, and seals around the vent pipes all look clean and precise. After the installation, management came out and inspected the full roof system, which showed they stand behind the quality of the job. I have many good things to say about this roofing team. They delivered quality workmanship, strong cleanup, and great attention to detail from beginning to end.

  In my opinion, Dunn Roofing Company is a 10-star roofing company. If you want a roofer you can trust completely, I highly recommend them. The crew was polite, respectful, efficient, and always on time. They even cleaned up old shingles left on our front lawn by a previous roofer, which showed real care and professionalism from the start. They handled a full roof tear-off down to the rafters, installed new plywood and waterproof underlayment, and finished the job with a beautiful new metal roof. The whole roofing process was smooth, organized, and done with attention to detail. Our new roof looks fantastic, adds real curb appeal, and gives us peace of mind every time we pull into the driveway. I also want to thank Dale, Leonard, and the rest of the crew for all their hard work. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and clearly took pride in the quality of the roof installation.
