The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

After the work was completed, I inspected the roof and found numerous installation flaws. Some shingles were installed over unsecured roof decking, causing nail heads to push through the top layer. They also reused the existing flashing but damaged it during removal, leaving it noticeably crooked upon reinstallation. Additionally, there are multiple exposed nail heads on one side of the roof. My original 25-year-old shingles only ever had one small leak, but with this brand-new roof, I now have multiple leaks. I reached out to Darren multiple times to report these issues. He offered to come take a look, but he never showed up. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of accountability.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on DTH Contracting Inc.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
