Our 4 year old roof requires many thousands of dollars in repairs as DM apparently did a shoddy job across the board.

Its a shame to have to read a review that does not depict the values of my company. I strive to give each and every customer complete satisfaction with the product we provide. So much so that payment is not received until the customer is happy. In conjunction with that I provide 100 percent work product warranty for five years. My apologies to Mathew, however I did not hear from you so I suspect you had worked with a different company. I invite you to give me a call and attempt to sort any issues you have. Thank yoou

At D.M Roofing we pride ourselves on quality work and customer satisfaction. We were under impression that after speaking with you these issues were resolved and that you were satisfied with the work. Recently had shingles replaced. Not sure if a magnetic sweeper was used afterwards but I keep finding nails in the driveway and all around the side of the house. Very frustrating as I do not want nails in our tires. We have chatted with both Darren and Mr. Earl and Darren has said that someone will be by yesterday or today to roll the driveway. While I do appreciate that they will be returning to clean up, I do not feel like this many nails is very acceptable to be found after a project is completed.

Still have problems with the roof after 8 years since install. Many problems with the quality of the work. Always shows up to complaints but still not a good completion of the work. More problems discovered in 2021.

DM Roofing did a quality,on budget and on time metal roof replacement on our small cottage cabin. Crew leader Joey was an excellent communicator and professional. I can definitely recommend Darren’s team for any Island cottage roofing projects.

From the initial prompt visit, where our seriously leaking flat garage roof was carefully inspected and measured, à prompt quote and very pleasant office staff, we were kept informed at every turn. The urgent work was quickly scheduled and Joey and his co-worker worked very hard to finish the job and left the work site in excellent order. It was a pleasure working with Darren and his “crew”. Great experience with DM. We had roof leaks on our steel roof, and all screws/seals needed replacement. They diagnosed the problem quickly, completed the repair quickly and all at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Recently had a tricky 130 year old Mansard roof re-shingled and flashed. Darren and Joey are the absolutely best roofers we have ever dealt with in 45 years in business! They worked straight back to back 7 day weeks until the project was completed to our utter satisfaction! Turned our property into a true historic gem! Their work ethic and commitment to getting the job done ahead of schedule was truly impressive! If we could we would give them six stars!

Highly recommend DM Roofing. Joey and his friend (sorry didn't get his name) were very polite and hard working. They went over and beyond to get job done correctly. Even finished cleaning up as it began to rain. Great job to everyone there.

I had this company re-shingle my roof. They showed up on that hot hot day. I felt so sorry for them. They told me it would be done in one day. They did an amazing job for the quote they gave me. They were very Professional. I highly recommend this company for your roofs. Thank you

My husband and I bought a fixer-upper a few years ago knowing that the roof would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. We approached several companies for quotes in January/February to re-shingle the roof and put plywood down underneath. We contacted DM Roofing, who was recommended to me by several co-workers. We chose DM Roofing for a number of reasons: 1. Their competitive quote 2. The timeline they could get the work done (far and away the best timeline of anyone we reached out to) 3. Friendliness 4. Prompt and professional responses Darren was able to cut me a deal on the shingles and plywood and gave me a further discount on the remaining unused shingles, which we are planning to use for our shed. The actual work was really well done. Everyone I spoke to on site were very nice and considerate of our property. They finished most of the work by the time I got home and returned the second day only because they ran out of cap for the edges. After the work was done, we asked them to cut out an area for a plumbing vent (for a future project), which they did for us with no issue. I really appreciated every step of the process with Darren and his team. I would recommend them to anyone.
