DJ Construction Roofing and Siding

The only one or two-star review we hold for DJ Construction Roofing and Siding.

I hired DJ because of their great reviews. They got the job done in a day, but brought another roofing company to help them without my permission and that roofing company has poor reviews online. I came across that company while I was getting quotes and didn't get a quote from them for that very reason. Daniel also never said a word to me about a permit, even to tell me I should check with my township to see if I needed one (and he works in my township often as I have seen his yard signs elsewhere). Today I got a letter in the mail from code enforcement saying they noticed the roof was replaced and I have 5 business days to show up at their office to discuss the situation. I texted Daniel and his response was well, the contract says the homeowner is responsible for all permits. Any responsible contractor would bring permits up BEFORE the job is even started.

This company was fantastic! We had an issue with our roof after some weather and they were very quick to respond. Thorough walked us through everything and was able to fix our issue. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Thank you so much for your quick support, honest feedback and no bs analysis. I appreciate the honesty. It’s really hard to find someone you trust in any business. I really appreciate the quick response and the expert advice. It’s great to be able to hire someone who knows what they are doing and who’s not looking to take advantage of you and your situation. Much appreciated.

Dan replaced our back gutters. It was clogged and hubby tried to unclog and got piece of hose stuck in down spout. Called Dan, he came out and in 10 minutes fixed at no charge! Can't express enough how much we appreciate him and his business. At 70 hubby doesn't need to be up there. He replaced our roof 2 years ago and was excellent in replacement and to work with. These are the businesses that are honest and do great work and care about the customer. They will be around for a long time. Thanks Dan.

DJ construction just repaired the siding, j Chanel, and flashing that got damaged on our porch roof. I had a phenomenal experience with this company and they came highly recommended. Fair price, easy to communicate with, fast and friendly service. I will also say that our porch roof has some challenges to it and DJ custom bent flashing to fit our needs and to prevent our issue from happening again. I will definitely give them a call in the future for our siding and roofing needs! I highly recommend!

Came because we were having a leak during a heavy downpour and he found a rusty nail that was causing it, took it out and fixed that area and didn’t even charge us. Kind and professional . Will definitely be going to him in the future.
