  Be careful. Kyle and Adam came out to inspect our roof and said there was wind damage and lifting of shingles. We filed a claim with our insurance company and they sent an adjuster out. Adam and I were there when the adjuster came out. The adjuster said he found no damage. The only thing he found was a popped nail. Adam called Kyle and was like where was the damage…. Kyle was like I don’t remember and had no pics. This was extremely unprofessional and we trusted them which is why we filed a claim. I now have a claim on our home owners policy for no roofing damage. Just be careful if using D1.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TOP-NOTCH SERVICE! I highly recommend Division 1 Roofing! My insurance company originally wanted to patch my roof, but Division 1 worked hard on my behalf and helped get me approved for a full roof replacement. They were compassionate, patient, consistent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process, even when I had issues with my mortgage company. The crew completed my entire roof in one day, even through the rain, and the cleanup was phenomenal—not a piece of debris was left behind! Division 1 Roofing truly went above and beyond. Excellent workmanship, excellent customer service, and a company I would proudly recommend to anyone. They earned my trust and every one of these five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Andrew Sabota and David Sabota are wonderful to work with. The brothers found the wind damage to our roof on a recent roof inspection. They explained how the roof damage needed repaired. They did all the work with our insurance company, took a sample of the shingles to give to the insurance agent, spoke with the insurance agent. When the insurance company approved the job they came to our home and explained how the process would work, showed us shingle samples. They brought the paperwork for us to sign all in the comfort of our home. As soon as the weather improved they called to see if they could do the installation. We were quite surprised as we had a really cold and snowy winter. Our roof was completely done in one warm dry day on February 9 2026 which was much sooner than expected. The crew did an excellent job, they laid tarps all around the house to catch anything that fell. After the job was completed they cleaned up everything and walked all around the house with a magnet to make sure they didn’t miss any nails. The Sabota brothers came the next day to make sure everything was done correctly and they walked with a magnet just to be sure no nails were missed. The whole thing start to finish was a great experience. We would highly recommend Division 1 Roofing.

  Sales team was knowledgeable and professional explaining options and plans. The roof looks great, and was done in a day. The only down side was I spent a day cleaning up random nails. That being said, I am happy with, and can recommend this team.
