  Paid $2300 dollars to have a leak in our roof repaired in October 2021. Told Mike that we would not know for sure whether the issue was fixed because it was getting cold and close to winter. Contacted Mike in February of 2022 and told him we still have the same leak in the same spot. He has done nothing but give us the run around. More damage has been done now because of this. We have all of our text and pictures from every once of communication with Mr Dickens. I am now paying another contractor to come fix the original issue. Mr Dickens has left us no choice but to contact an attorney because he did not fix the issue and took our money for a job he did not complete.

  He came in November of 2021 gave us a estimate of 6300$ for a new metal roof. We gave him 3300 as he requested to purchase materials. He said he would be there multiple times to start the roof and wouldn’t show up. There’s been a million …

  guy won't show up after he told me he was coming 2 different days and then never return calls very unprofessional. try not lying to people

  I text him and he did respond back but than changed the apppointment time late friday. I text him the next morning to confirm the time change. He did not respond. He was a no show. He text me two days later and said he understood my "anger." My response was not angry just very disappointed. I can not do no stars so i have to give one.

  I have no doubt that Mike’s work is excellent—one of my employees said he was able to successfully fix a leak no one else could. The problem is I can’t get him to actually show up when he says he will. I have called on a couple separate occasions and both times it has been a no show. Very inconvenient when you work or run a business. UPDATE: Mike came and repaired my roof. He is very thorough. Took time to coordinate schedules but he did get back in touch with me.

  Mike did an amazing job fixing and replacing several missing roof shingles and securing a loose gutter. We were so impressed that he came to our house the next day after we called him! We highly recommend him and plan to use his services in the future! Thanks so much!

  Highly Recommended! After having numerous people over to fix the issue with our roof, he was the only one to actually fix the leak. He communicates and lets you know exactly what he is doing. He is true to his word.

  Mike came out and gave us our estimate. Repaired our worn gutters and cleaned and sealed the gutters. Repaired our damaged shingles and then cleaned the moss build up on our garage roof. This was from a previous tree. He is professional and knowledgeable in all his work. I highly recommend him!

  Mike and his crew did amazing on my new metal roof.. Very clean look and very quick to have job. Started and finished when i was in need of a leak repair.. Thank you dickens roofing for the great work .

  He promptly fixed my leaking roof. After inspecting my roof, he found and patched holes made by another contractor. He kept me informed via texts and photos from the roof so I could actually see the repair work.

  Mike is my son and has done a superior job installing my shingles. Hardest worker on his team. They removed slate and sheeted my roof in. A flash. Has been worrie free for 6 years now.

  We had extremely high winds the second week of January here in Guernsey County Ohio. Several of the shingles on the west side of my house blew off and were strewn all over the yard. I called Mike Dickens he came out late one afternoon (45 minutes after I called him) to give me an estimate. I was concerned about the upcoming rain and snow in the forecast and Mike said he could repair it this evening. He did in fact get it all done as promised and my house is buttoned up for the impending weather. I wish everybody that I have had to deal with was this professional.

  I texted this morning after a wind storm blew off a portion of our shingles. I got a response and someone was out within 2 hours and fixing my roof. He even continued when it started to rain. 10/10 would recommend!
